I could not have asked for a more genuine, strict-when-needed, open, and cautious healthcare professional in my life. For almost 8 years, Dr. Schneck has provided me with stable, consistent, and volatility-free treatment. I truly would not have the quality of life I enjoy today without his intervention. What might seem like a passing moment of anxiety for some can feel like a lifetime of anguish for others like myself — and I would not have been able to continue without his guidance. I cannot recommend Dr. Schneck enough to anyone who is serious about getting better, being open, and — most importantly — trusting the plan. If your goal is to live like you once did, or to finally overcome what you haven’t been able to on your own, my advice is simple: be honest, be humble, and allow yourself to be a little vulnerable. I am not a new patient; I just happened to see the review section and didn’t want anyone looking for a technical yet easy-to-understand perspective to be misled by someone else’s subjective experience.

Kind and Interested I worked with Dr. Schneck for more than a year during an exceedingly stressful period of my life. He took the time to listen to me and I felt seen and respected by him, especially when discussing my concerns and needs for any medication.

Dr. Schneck is an incredible and world class psychiatrist. I have been working with Dr. S for 10+ years and he is clearly brilliant and helped me turn my life around to be an incredibly successful lawyer in NYC. He has a classic New York style and his approach takes patience but he gives 100% to every client who is committed to honestly and real progress. Dr. Schneck is a great man, his commitment to New York has helped so many lives.

Dr. Schneck prescribes dangerous medications like benzodiazepine like it's candy. This man should not have a license to provide medications.

I've been Dr. Schneck's patient for a couple of years now. He has been the only dr. to get my meds right, while so many others I've been to see would over prescribe or have me try meds that had horrible side effects. He is kind, caring and has still kept our appt. even when I've been late.
