The audacity for you to try to bill me from February 6, 2025 when you prescribed medication that have me hallucinating. 3 days in ICU BP 200/180 & not even a call to check on me. You so unprofessional.

Incredible She listened and asked thorough questions then explained the medication. She’s very cautious with what she prescribes.

This psychiatrist gave my mother two medications she never had before at a very high dose each and we tried to contact her to tell her that the medications were giving my mom terrible side effects and it took us almost 3 days to reach her office. When she finally decided to call back it was after I had spoken to her manager on the 3rd day of calling, she had reached back and said that she was calling us back and that she didn't know why we couldn't see the calls but what a coincidence that suddenly the calls are finally going through after I speak to your manager. My mother told her she wouldn't be her patient anymore and that she would sue her for being negligent, she didn't have another word to say and never contacted my mother back to see how she was doing after that even though all of that happened due to her wrongdoing. The side effects got so bad that my mom went into ICU for 3 days and not even when she realized that my mother fell into ICU because her primary doctor told her (her and the primary doctor were both unresponsive yet supposedly were communicating about my mother in ICU) she still never called to see how my mother was and the only time we got a call from her was after my mom left ICU and she had gotten a notification from the psychiatrist that she had an appointment for that day even after everything that happened and my mom cancelled the appointment, that was the first time we had 6-7 missed calls from them when they should've been that concerned before and after my mother went into ICU.

I was referred to see a psychiatrist by my primary doctor to help manage my fibromyalgia and explore additional support options. The initial provider wasn’t available, so I was referred to another psychiatrist. From the moment I arrived, the session took an unsettling turn. Instead of addressing my condition or concerns, the psychiatrist repeatedly pushed the narrative of potential past trauma, specifically asking if I had been molested. She insisted that, if I had, I provide names because ‘it needed to be documented.’ I found this approach highly inappropriate and irrelevant to the reason for my visit. As a woman in my 50s, I don’t understand the insistence on digging into a hypothetical past in this manner, especially when I was seeking support for a physical condition. I left feeling unheard and dissatisfied. This was an unproductive and deeply uncomfortable experience, and I cannot recommend her services to others seeking compassionate or relevant care.

Duped By Office Dr Only Does Medication Mgmt Called, explained my situation & what need VERY CLEARLY. Told which Dr was available & handled that specialty. Made appt for 2-3 wks later. Appt for intake missed by Amy. Later had 30 min intake session with her where again explained in VERY much detail my situation, including that I was looking for; weekly or bi-weekly sessions to get to the core. Get there since wanted first to be in person. Explain emotional situation and history in depth after Dr 10 min late. Told by Dr. she doesn't do that - only does medication mgt. Never told that beforehand! In fact, lied to since I was very clear what looking for and needed. Then gaslit by staff and Dr. like there was a miscommunication when there wasn't. I was VERY clear of what looking for & needed & website & staff said she did that. Went there to deal with PTDS and anxiety around being lied to, trust and more and what do they do there: they lie to me & break all trust. Completely wasted my time, increased my anxiety & stress! AVOID! Horrid

Duped By Office since Dr Only Does Medication Mgmt - just be honest and tell people up front!!! Called, explained my situation & what need VERY CLEARLY. Told which Dr was available & handled that specialty. Made appt for 2-3 wks later. Appt for intake missed by Amy. Get there (30 min drive) since wanted first session to be in person. Explain emotional situation and history in depth after Dr 10 min late. Told by Dr. she doesn't do that - only does medication mgt. Never told that beforehand! In fact, lied to since I was very clear what looking for and needed. Then gaslit by staff and Dr. like there was a miscommunication when there wasn't. I was VERY clear of what looking for & needed & website & staff said she did that. Went there to deal with PTDS and anxiety around being lied to, trust and more and what do they do there: they lie to me & break all trust. Completely wasted my time, increased my anxiety & stress! AVOID! Shameful on so many levels!

Duped By Office Dr Only Does Medication Mgmt Called, explained my situation and what need VERY CLEARLY. Told which Dr was available and who handled that specialty. Made appt for 2-3 weeks later. Had 30 minute intake session where person didn't call when appt was. After 2nd intake appt explained in VERY much detail my situation, including that I was looking for weekly or bi-weekly sessions to get to the core. Had to wait a couple of weeks for appt. Get there (30 min. drive) since wanted first mtg to be in person. Explain situation and history in depth knowing might cause nightmares this week by doing so but need to deal and try to get better. Told by Dr. she doesn't do regular mtgs or what need, only does medication management. Never told that beforehand despite being clear that is NOT what I wanted now/yet! In fact, lied to by the office since was VERY clear what I looking for. Then in office gaslit by staff and Dr. like there was a miscommunication when there wasn't. I was VERY clear of what looking for and needed..VERY! Went there to deal with PTDS and anxiety around being lied to, trust and more and what do they do here, they lie to me and break all trust. Completely wasted my time, increased my anxiety and stress as well as caused deep emotional distress. Cried the entire drive home. So dishonest. JUST say upfront what do/don't do. Shameful. AVOID!
