Michael is highly insensitive and racist kind of person I ever met in my life. I don't write reviews that much but the kind of inappropriate behavior I got this afternoon only coz I called up to ask if I can walk-in to understand procedure and cost. Because I had no idea on how laser works I wanted to ask if they give packages. He got offeneded and said things to humiliate me by saying that treatment will be expensive. And all this was said in such a mean tone to show that I can't afford it only coz I asked about package cost. Then he judged me saying only Indians Pakistanis and South Americans come coz they have more hair. The patients he doesn't get is Chinese what he said and then he started mentioning where he has hair on his body where he mentioned his private parts as well.. This was such a disgusting experience just hearing all this from a so called MD. After all this I wanted to see what's the extent of his racism, he gave me a Covid form to fill and said "If you still want to go with treatment then go sit on sofa and fill it up and we will talk else you see that door and you can leave". I didn't not o oh feel humiliated with what he said and how he treated me and judged me for the fact coz I asked him if there is a package cost. I don't know where are these fake review stars coming from. May be this what Mr Fake MD do in his feee time but his racial comments were below the belt and insulted me on so many levels.
