Horrible customer service. Booked and confirmed appointment a week ago. Gave all the details (insurance & script) Confirmed appointment 2 days prior again. The day of appointment (1 hr.) call and cancel and tell we don't accept that insurance. Called my insurance company and they said they should accept. They need to hire more trained staff. WASTED FULL WEEK. I could have booked somewhere else faster. Not going there and wont recommend.

Dr David Lamb performed my cervical fusion, and I can't say enough about how happy I am with him and the job he did. I highly recommend POA and Dr Lamb to anyone. Fantastic doctor.

Dr. Song saw me earlier than my scheduled time. He took his time with his diagnosis because I was in more pain from my previous visit. So he elevated the diagnostic to find out what is going on with my shoulder.

Alexis Irvine always answers my question and concerns when I call or email. My incision was looking red so she got me in to see Dr. Pressman first thing this morning and they both took care of me and took care of my incision. I am so grateful to both of them! I had both knees replaced in the past 4 months and I'm healing well.

I have severe joint issues and have seen numerous doctors over the years. Dr. Smith is the BEST there is. He is outstanding in his skill and professionalism, as well as caring with exceptional bedside manner.
