DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!! THERE IS NO PROPER CARE HERE FOR YOUR CHILDREN!!! FRONT DESK IS RUDE ALWAYS SOUND LIKE THERE SLEEPING WHEN YOU CALL. I HAD A INCIDENT WITH MY DAUGHTER CALLED IN FRIDAY MORNING SO THAT SHE CAN BE SEEN THE ANSWER WAS BASICALLY NO SHE HAD A REALLY BAD RASH . WHAT NURSE ANN DID WAS CALL IN A COMPOUND CREAM WITHOUT EVEN SEEING HER . Which was not what she needed ONE OF MY CO -WORKERS TOld me about ivy pediatrics and they were great !! I recommend to go there open 7days a week and do walk ins this is a shame they would say sacm instead of reaching out to the patients to apologize shame on the owner for writing that Scam not real!!!Do NOT GO HERE...

My two sons go here, and I have never had any problems making an appointment, and the entire staff is tolerant and polite in communication.

I have been coming here for almost ten years and the receptionist has always been rude. Never smiles and isn’t pleasant at all. If you hate your job, just say that! The wait time has always been ridiculous, even before Covid. I see the responses to the negative reviews are as dismissive as the receptionist was when I asked about waiting for an hour to be seen. And once you are in a room it’s another 15-20 minute wait before the doctor comes in and spends maybe ten minutes with you. No matter the situation, we are all human beings that deserve to be treated with respect and care. I will say that the doctors are very pleasant. But that isn’t enough to keep me from changing providers. I suggest getting a new receptionist who knows how to schedule appointments properly and actually answer the phone.

Very accommodating and receptive office and staff. The office is clean and well kept. Staff is happy/pleasant and knows how to handle scared kids.

I wish I could do some negative marking as my review. We were trying to connect with Doctor Radhakrishnan so many times but the front desk is so bad to handle calls.Not responding calls, in between disconnecting too. Left voice mail but I think these people don’t care about kids. Ridiculous!!! Wow your replied comment shows to people how much you care about kids👎 Very poor management👎 And as per your reply you are not responsible for picking up calls and new appointments or listening voices over phone? There are so many Doctors available! Thank you and wish you luck!

I’m so tried of this office! They Will cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the appointments! With no reason why! The front desk staff is HORRIBLE! They never answer the phone! They always have some excuse why they can’t do anything! They need the old staff back!! Go Back on Bellevue and get it together!

Incredible tried to make a appointment for new patient sick appointment the hospital fax the records and everything and they have 2 days they don't answer the phone and when she answers she say call me back in 20 min just F incredible they don't care about a kid being sick
