List of Andranik Howhannesian's Reviews
During my last follow up visit with Dr Howanessian, wasn’t happy, asked him the same question 3 times and he could not answer my question he seemed lost for words, too many conflicting answers, will never go back
Dr. Howhannesian, best Dr. he was recommended by my primary Dr. and let me tell you he did not disappoint. He cured me is a great surgeon, and knows his stuff. I trust my life in his hands. Many people I know have gone to him and they were happy to hear I went there too. Even my dentist goes to him.
I went to Dr. H. because of a chronic UTI. During the first visit he was very attentive and gave me antibiotics, which only partially took care of my problem. When I went back and explained the situation, he decided that what I really need is botox injected into my bladder, a process that would have to be done twice a year for the rest of my life and which can have some serious side effects like temporary bladder paralysis. Also, it would have to be done under general anesthesia. I was shocked. I guess gaining a patient for life who has to have an expensive procedure twice a year is better than just prescribing more antibiotics. If you are a woman with chronic uti, don't go to him.
Worst experience I've ever had with a doctor in my life. I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.
I would highly recommend Dr. Howhannesian to any male friend or family member suffering with kidney issues. He seems to know his stuff in that regard. However, when it comes to treating and communicating with female patients like myself - it's a total no go. After visiting a different physician I realize that I did not receive a thorough enough examination and the suggested treatment was far too aggressive. Again, I do believe he is highly talented and knows his stuff when it comes to kidneys and the male system. However, he was not the doctor for me.
First visit after switching MDs was great. In stark contrast to some reviews I’ve read he is Very nice, attentive, and thorough. No complaints so far. Would send family here
terrible, a complete hack
literally ruined my life.. the worst doctor I've been to. should be in jail
By far the worst doctor I’ve gone to in my life. I was referred to Dr. Howhannesian for a prostate biopsy. After doing all the prep work, I got a phone call from his office canceling less than 24 hours before my procedure. The girl who called me was totally uncaring and unapologetic. I asked to speak to Dr. Howhannesian; she told me he was on vacation and refused to reach out to him. The doctor never called to apologize or reschedule. He apparently couldn't give a damn. In all my life I have never had such a horrible experience with a doctor, especially given the circumstances. I had to go to another doctor for the biopsy, which was delayed by weeks. I had to re-do all of the pre-screening. My words here cannot do justice to the level of disgust I feel regarding the treatment I received from Dr. Howhannesian and his staff. It was nothing short of appalling, inexcusable and horribly unprofessional. All of them should be ashamed of themselves. Got to this office at your own peril.
Dr. H is attentive and responsive, the wait time is pretty good if you have an early morning appointment. They get you in and out but with satisfaction.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
