One of the most courteous, informative, professional and proficient experiences that I have had with medical personnel. Short wait time for appointment and medical treatment. All personnel very involved in their respective responsibilities. Dr Van Grouw appeared very attentive and concerned with my situation. He answered all my questions fully. Very knowledgeable & polite. Thank you all, Shoulder feeling much better.

Absolutely perfect!! He couldn’t have been more caring explaining what was wrong with my knee and how I could still be active. No push for surgery at all. Even though the news wasn’t great, I’d say it was one of the best doctor visits I ever had.
