List of Jay Michael Kashkin's Reviews
He helped my daughter have a life. He put her on a regimen that allowed her to lead a full life of play, school and sports. We are so grateful for his help.
I took my 4 year old son to Dr. Kashkin and cannot say enough wonderful things about him and his staff. Super friendly, great with my son, on time, and very thorough. All the things you want out of a doctors visit with a child and then some! Highly recommend.
Best doctor I have ever seen in my 24 years alive. He is very compassionate, kind, and generous. Listened to my every worry and truly cares about his patients. Highly recommend!
I had been a patient of Dr Kashkin since I was a child. I remember my mom bringing me to see him for my eczema as a child so when I decided to see an allergist to readdress the issue that I have been struggling with since I've been 7 year old I went to him again. I had an awful experience with his staff in office and and even worse one trying to obtain authorization for my prescription a few months back. Now it's March and I decided I needed my medication adjusted, which I had contacted the office about in December and my pharmacy multiple times. When calling this time the staff argued with me about the authorization again while I repeatedly told them I was aware I had to wait and it was fine and I couldn't continue taking the medication as is and am willing to wait for the updated referral. They didn't listen and told me the "doctor would call me back" which he then did from a blocked number. He called me back and repeated the conversation i had with his staff. When i tried to explain to him that I never get calls back from his staff and I had brought this issue up in December and it was never addressed by them he interrupted me speaking to him. Earlier in the conversation i interrupted him and he asked me to let him finish so i did. This time he interrupted me, and the doctor refused to stop speaking when i repeatedly asked for him to let me finish and to stop interrupting me and asking him to allow me to finish speaking as i did for him. He called me nasty and continued to berate me as i asked him to please stop and let me finish speaking. Eventually he hung up on me after he continued to scream over me telling him not to interrupt me. As he called from a No ID number I couldn't call him back so I called his staff/ office number. When they answered I asked them to tell the doctor he shouldn't speak to the patients in that manner and that he really shouldn't interrupt people when they're speaking especially if he asks for the same respect and receives it. I told the staff he called me nasty, screamed at me and hung up on me and that's not appropriate for a doctor to do even if the patient was being nasty which i was not. They sounded shocked and put me on hold to talk to Dr. Kashkin. When they returned they told me Dr. Kashkin would send me a letter releasing me as a patient. I asked them if they recorded their phone calls so i could have a record of him screaming at me and they said they do not record calls. They informed me he would still work on the authorization i was calling about for my medication but after 30 days he was not my physician. They then said "okay?". So i informed them that this situation is not ok and the doctor was well aware of my mental health struggles but still chose to treat me like a piece of shit and nothing about my interactions with them today have been "okay". I have been nothing but a patient looking for a solution to my allergies and skin issues and this office has continued to try to gaslight me and mishandle my care. They act as if im the issue when i'm a patient that trusts them with my medical information and physical well being. Dr. Jay Kashkin may seem like he's caring at first but in reality he doesn't care. Not for the way his patients are being treated by his staff OR enough to treat patients properly himself. Also it takes a nasty person to know one so I hope this is enough of a warning for anyone who is looking into this office for their care. You can definitely find a better doctor
Wow! 5 star review for a great doctors office… My 18 month old son has been dealing with eczema since he was born so I came to see Dr Kashkin. Not only was his staff super friendly but his bedside manner was great! He was super nice and took the time to answer any questions or concerns I had. Was not rushed one bit like most doctor offices. He’s a really nice Doctor and I would recommend him to all my family members!
When it comes to a doctor that cares and worries about your health specially alley Dr Kashkin is your Dr.Caring family oriented and loves to help people, thank you for your help ❤️👍
I cannot say enough about Dr Kashkin. He truly cares, takes the time to listen and research. I emailed him night and weekends and he answers almost immediately. The BEST doctor I have dealt with in all my life, HIGH RECOMMENDED!
What a knowledgeable, compassionate, and friendly person Dr. Kashkin is. He listens carefully to you and draws from a wealth of knowledge. He has also treated my husband for asthma, my daughter while she was in the hospital, and now myself for dermographism. His office personnel are organized and friendly. I am grateful and wish all doctors were as excellent.
Dr. Kashkin is a great doctor. He asks a lot of questions and listens well. His office staff is very nice and courteous. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kashkin to friends and family.
I have been a patient here on and off for years. No one - truly no one - has helped me feel as healthy as Dr. Kashkin. If you have breathing problems, you probably have anxiety around breathing too. Dr. Kashkin has never made me feel like my asthma "isn't bad enough" or that it's "well controlled". And Terry is kind enough to remind me that if the reason my asthma is well controlled is because I stay inside all allergy season, then improved quality of life is a positive medical outcome. Don't waste your time going anywhere else.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
