It’s not worth the headache of booking appointments. When you call, they tell you you’ll see a doctor, but in reality, you end up being seen by a nurse. The wait is always very long, whether in the waiting room or in the consultation room. I’ve been here several times, and it’s always the same frustrating experience very long wait time.

Dr.How was very attentive and explained to me the reason of the examination she performed. This is my first appointment with her I recommend her.

My experience here is always positive, the doctors are very nice and guide you through every step of the process when seeing them for a checkup, concern or testing. I had to do some testing and Maveline was super attentive and careful after telling her I had a negative experience somewhere else. Wait times are a little long though, nothing crazy!

Doctor was lovely and knowledgeable. Office staff under par. Office manager did not return my calls. My health insurance provider called the office manager and did not get a response. They insisted I must pay a $40.00 copay to get my test results. Office staff had me on hold twice to talk to the office manager to give me my test results for no charge. They said there was nothing they could do because my insurance company required a copay. I Refused to pay and told them what they were doing is immoral and incorrect. My insurance company concurred and sent me a grievance form. I will be filing a grievance. On my 8 th call to the office over several days, one person told me there was a patient portal I could go to to get my results. They should have told me that from the beginning but they were more interested in getting my copay. STOP holding test results ransom and tell people about the portal. HAVE the doctor call patients with results! DO NOT GO HERE!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been coming to the Fairlawn location for about four years now, and I absolutely love this office! Yes, the wait times can be a bit long sometimes, but it’s always worth it for the level of care you receive here. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. The doctors are all kind, knowledgeable, and make you feel comfortable at every visit. I especially love Dr. Grace — she’s wonderful! Highly recommend this office
