I absolutely adore Dr. Long! All of the doctors in the practice have been very nice but I always schedule my appointments with her. I started going to her consistently after my daughter was 3 months, I can tell my daughter felt more comfortable with her and she is now 2.5 yo. She makes my daughter comfortable enough to open up and let her treat her. My son is now 7 months and Dr. Long has been amazing, I had complications during my pregnancy and she made me feel at ease. She takes her time to explain things and doesn’t make you feel like your asking silly questions. She is very knowledgeable and thorough.

My children got Covid tests at Pediatricare with Dr. Long and they keep sending us bills for payment without going through insurance, when Covid tests are covered 100% by our Insurance provider Aetna. Have called both Aetna and the Doctors office and even Aetna has been trying to resolve with the doctor but the doctors office has been unresponsive.
