Nunca llego. No Hubo ni explicación ni disculpa. (Translated by Google) Terrible experience at this doctor's office. The ladies in the front have always been very helpful for me & the nurse that works there is amazing!! She is always on time, very caring, knowledgeable and informative. The doctor however not so much… I met him only 3 times throughout my entire pregnancy and those 3 times I had to wait 2 hours JUST to get put into the room for my app. because he still wasn’t in the office. He has no consideration for peoples time. If your appointment is with him you should anticipate missing an entire day of work.. I understand being busy but he just takes his sweet ol’ time. Very good doctor !
For first impressions, the girl at the front desk in charge of setting up appointments and answering the phone is very rude. She obviously does not enjoy her job thus giving off a bad first impression for new patients. Every time I’ve had an interaction with her, I felt like she didn’t want me there for some reason. I’ve heard she’s been an employee there for a while yet she constantly messes up paperwork and doesn’t know many answers to my questions. I’ve never received a “good morning” or “good afternoon” or any kind of greeting. It’s just a quick “What time is your appointment? or “who are you here to see?”. She doesn't realize she is the first impression of the entire doctors office. She needs to find a job in which does not have interactions with the public, let alone a doctors office, a very important one at that. Secondly, there needs to be more respect in terms of patients waiting out in the waiting room. I was waiting for about 30 minutes even though I was on time for my scheduled appointment, which I get, sometimes things happen but it’s very common I have to wait 20+ minutes but the girls in the back were obnoxiously loud, laughing, making hasty comments about their personal life, which I’m not going to repeat, but like really...? Is this not a professional setting? The entire doctors office is very small, you can hear everything. Have respect. Lastly, the only reason why I didn’t rate this office 1/5 is because the nurse and the doctor are actually very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to being OBGYN’s. I thank you. But the staff needs to be revamped. For first impressions, the girl at the front desk in charge of setting up appointments and answering the phone is very rude. By far the WORST experience I have ever had with an office. I went from the beginning of my pregnancy to 14 weeks and it was the worst mistake I made. I never ever leave reviews and I am a very patient and understanding person. However, this was beyond ridiculous and I don't want anyone else to have to go through this. The office staff didn't wear masks and were always snapping back at you, the chairs had stains on them in the waiting room, and if you wait less than two hours, you're lucky. I would go into the exam room and there would be dirty gloves on the floor and someone else's ultrasound still visible on the machine with all of their personal information. The doctor himself was okay but he really didn't do much other than give me ultrasounds. No real questions were answered. One time his mom covered my appointment because she is also an OB and took her mask off while she was talking to me all through the appointment. You would think as an OB you would know that pregnant women have a compromised immune system - especially during a pandemic? The staff would talk badly about patients as soon as they hung up with them and everyone in the waiting room could hear. When I transferred to another doctor, it took this office TWO MONTHS and numerous phone calls and emails to send over my full tests. The first time my new doctor asked, I only got three pages of a record for 14 weeks of pregnancy and at least 5 visits including a nuchal translucency that I still don't know the results for because they refused to tell me after I said I was leaving the office. I had to threaten legal action to get them to send to my new doc. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. So much unneeded stress in your pregnancy.

BEWARE!!! Pregnant women PLEASE be careful if this is your doctor! I went here as a new patient in November 2019. I was 8 weeks pregnant. The doctor was not in but I met with the assistant who did my examination. When I first got there the office was packed in a small basement office. The women who work in the office were rude and loud. They had no shame talking loudly and clearly about their personal dating life for the entire waiting room to hear. When I finally went In the room. It was again a small dingy room that had old equipment. I wanted so badly to hear the heartbeat I quickly didn't even care about the room conditions. As she performed the routine check. She began to ask me very upsetting questions (have you been sick? Seen bleeding? Cramping?). No to all of those. She then said there is no heartbeat and no movement at all. She said I had a miscarriage. I was obviously devastated but was not believing it was true. She checked again as I was hysterical. She said yes I'm sorry there is no heartbeat. I left the office hysterical. I still didn't believe it was true. The next morning I went back to a different doctor I previously saw. I told him what happened and he did an exam to check. He looked at the screen and said not sure what she's talking about but listen to the heartbeat and look at this movement! I was obviously beside myself with happiness! I couldn't believe someone could make such a dangerous mistake like this. My baby is now 6 months old. She was born on time and PERFECTLY healthy!!! My pregnancy was also perfect in the following months after that one horrific appointment at this doctors office. I could have killed my baby because of this women at this office. I called the office last year to speak to the doctor many times and they would never put me through to him and said he would call back which he never did. Do not go here! If you do be very careful!
Had a great experience! Check in process was straight forward and wait time was less than 10 minutes. The doctor made sure I was comfortable and allowed me take time to process information before moving forward. Most pleasant visit I've had to any doctor -> strongly recommend! Had a great experience! Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
