Very gentle, attentive, kind and considerate - I was late because I had the wrong address on April 17, 2023. He agreed to see me. Thank you to the lady at the front office - thank you for taking the time to ask if Dr. Cassilly would see me. Much appreciated! This review was for the April 17, 2023 visit. I just realized I didn't post it. Today's visit was equally a good one 👍 it is nice to feel and know that you are seen. Service delivery was courteous, dignified and prompt. Thanks for being human ❤

He has not only displayed professionalism but also his human nature to care for his patients. He explained everything and answers all questions in a way everyone can understand. Dr Cassilly makes you comfortable and even his presence makes you forget your pain. I suffered from neck injuries and thank to Dr. Cassilly I am on route to recovery.

I have been with Dr. Ryan Cassilly for a couple years now. Dr. Cassilly is always professional, kind, and compassionate. He relates well to people and takes his time to listen and makes appropriate actions when it comes to the persons symptoms. He is good at building trust with his patients too. Dr. Cassilly is a godsend; He’s diligent in making sure my health is the best it can be. I trust him 100% with my well-being .... 5 stars is nothing compared to the stars he deserves and last but not least. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me the opportunity to have a functional life again.

I was referred to Dr. Cassilly through my workman's comp. claim, and boy am I grateful. My previous orthopedic doctor I'd seen before going to Dr. Cassilly was the absolute worst, so it feels good to find a doctor like Mr. Cassilly who actually shows compassion, and listens to his patients. Dr. Cassilly also performed a same day surgery, an epidural on my lower back and made me feel as comfortable as I could possibly get. His level of attentiveness and compassion is A1. Dr. Cassilly is very professional and knows what he's doing. Would most definitely recommend.
