Nothing negative. Friendly staff . Long wait in pain but was an emergency fill in from cancelled appointment. Sure did their best . I highly recommend

The office staff was very kind and easy to deal with. Dr. Queler is thorough and knowledgeable. He’s understanding and I would highly recommend him.

Fantastic at his trade. Compassionate and caring throughout the whole process and his staff is fantastic also.

Dr. Queler is extremely helpful and truthful. He makes you feel comfortable and is very informative.

He was very nice and offered x-rays and MRI. I have severe arthritis in both feet , I was hoping for maybe a non-invasive treatment option? but surgery was his only option as he is a surgeon and I’m sure a very good one. I don’t want to have surgery, I made that clear before on the phone. . He was very kind and I am going to do everything in my power to reduce the pain without medicine,, with exercise and weight loss, going to see a holistic Dr. Or acupuncturist, and rely on the Lord for my healing. I’m a fighter and I am not going to live like this and I’m not having surgery. Very good dr and was told awesome surgeon.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. He was not compassionate, abrasive, crude, and I felt he brushed off my concerns. I personally wouldn't even want him to do surgery on me with the attitude he had. I paid a co-pay just to leave the office upset and crying because he immediately came into the exam room with an attitude. I repeat do not see this guy, he is far from a professional.

Very professional and patient .

I was a patient of Dr. Queller’s for a few years for an ankle injury. He was the surgeon for my mother’s foot surgery last year. My ankle became worse and he had moved to another orthopedic group. When I called to make an appointment I was told he isn’t seeing new patients. I advised that I’m NOT a new patient, I just haven’t been seen by him at his new office. My ankle is at the point where I need surgery. They told me to send my records from his old office to the new one. (Why his staff couldn’t do this is beyond me!!) So I did as told and heard nothing back. When I tried to call again they stated they knew nothing of me and the receptionist put me on hold. She came back and said “Sorry, he isn’t taking on any new surgeries at this time!” So he basically kicked me to the curb and now I need to find another ankle surgeon and start over! Shame on him! I would NOT recommend this heartless doctor.
