My husband has been going to Dr. Cruz for 3 years and in that time, we have seen him 1 time. He keeps insisting it is memory loss, but my husband keeps getting worse all the time. I would never recommend Dr. Cruz. He is always out of the office and we see the nurse practitioner. When it comes to issues of the brain, I think the doctor should be involved more. I think it is time we find another doctor.

Dr Cruz is knowledgeable, patient and actually listens to the parents concerns. He picked up on what my 8yo son needed first thing. His pediatrician has been seeing him for years now didn’t pick up on it.

Was amazing when my mom had an episode we thought was a stroke and wasn’t. He explained everything, remained professional and was super caring. Would see him again for my own care plus my moms care!

We love Dr. Cruz!! He was very thorough and answered every question we had. He took his time and explained every detail. His staff were very pleasant and kind. They always returned my phone calls and were very helpful!!!

Dr. Cruz was so attentive to my son, as well as myself as a parent, when he was being seen in his office. He listened and answered all of my questions and concerns. He gave us options, instead of telling us what we were going to do. He has called me personally to discuss my son's condition, which at some offices I've dealt with, I am lucky if I receive a callback from the office staff. He is so personable and would recommend him 100%.

My daughter is a patient of Dr. Cruz and upon our first visit of meeting him he was welcoming, listened to our concerns & met us with professionalism. All the staff members we have encountered have been very pleasant. My daughter who is quite anxious is much at ease when coming here. .

I would be giving 5 stars but the office staff is horrible. No one ever answers the phone or checks messages as no one returns calls. As a concerned parent, this is important if I have questions about my childs health. Dr. Cruz and his nurses are awesome but his office staff needs to get it together.
