Never go to Dr. Shirish bhatt as he charged around 150 dollars for the word of go to emergency (though I know that word and I went if he recommends any first aid or antibiotic). He hasn't done any treatment or medication and charged a lot. Very bad experience and not recommended yet all to anyone.

Terrible service. Rude staff, incorrect bill and hours of frustration. They won’t take any responsibility for fixing their own issues, cuz all they care is how to charge you more.

My brother waited an hour for a scheduled telehealth appointment with no communication from the staff. Called twice, was told that the doctor was going to be there "shortly." Ended up cancelling. No one apologized for the excessively long wait. I get that providers and staff are busy, but that's just unprofessional.

I have been calling to ask my prescription send to my pharmacy for medicine refill. I heard nothing back from doctor office for no reason. Very disappointed. Stay away from this doctor office.

They never filed a claim with my insurance company, but said they did and that they paid nothing, then sent the bill to collections. Checked with my insurance and they never got a claim from this office. Ridiculous.

Dr. Shirish Bhatt and Dr. Rupal Bhatt have been our family physicians for over 20 years. I have had the best experience with Dr. Shirish Bhatt. He is considerate and spends ample amount of time to answer my questions. Excellent bed side manner. And his staff are very friendly and helpful.
