Dr. Sorkin is great. The office is by far the worst customer service experience ever! They are rude and indifferent. I switched doctors due to how difficult it is to deal with the staff!

He’s very rude and professional. He refused to see me and kept screaming at the nurse instead of coming to speak to me. I had an appointment in which I had to call out of work for and was treated in such a horrible way. Avoid him at all cost

Dr. Sorkin's assistant Fiorella is very sarcastic and irresponsible. After I paid at the office for my year supply of contact lenses and received nothing, I called the office and found out she didn't order. Then, she ordered only six months supply . When I complained to Dr. Sorkin, he told me to give the credit card number to his incompetent assistant Fiorella again! The problem was that my insurance only reimburses once and I already had submitted my claim. He is as irresponsible as she is!

This office has constant turnover. Difficult to get a call back or any answer and the Dr.s level of assistance is non-existent!

Dr. Sorkin is undoubtedly the best optometrist that I have been to! He's very attentive to all of my eye problems, and he's very thorough in explaining and answering my questions. I recommend him to all of my friends!
