I wish I could post a raving review of Dr. Scalia. However, my experience with him was quite distressing. Unnecessarily so. Unbeknownst to me, he doesn't treat patients who might be the slightest infectious. I mean a simple cold. Which is what I had when I met with him. I was quite bewildered with the realization of a physician who wouldn't be able to see me. When he entered the room he actually yelled at me and told me to leave. I didn't react kindly myself, which was a pity. I was horrified. In actually, I just wanted to establish a relationship with a good doctor in town.

I've been seeing Dr. Scalia for Suboxone maintenance for almost 3 years now. The whole staff is wonderful and very personable. Dr. Scalia really wants to see his recovering addict patients do well. He's not just there to write you a script and send you on your way. He takes the time to listen and help you. Definitely recommend.

Great doctor! Very knowledgeable, professional, and addressed all my concerns. Did not feel rushed and Dr Scalia listened to multiple questions I had since I’m a new patient and haven’t been to a doctor for a couple years. Staff was great also, got checked in, all paperwork through quickly, and nurse that did vitals was skilled. Definitely go here. You can tell everyone loves their job.
