Be very careful with this office if you have a high deductible plan. They charge a routine physical exam in "parts" so that you are billed separately for each procedure, i.e. hearing test, breathing test, etc. such that your insurance company may not cover those "codes" under a normal wellness exam. The billing department is very hostile as well, as I found myself on the defense for simply trying to understand the system. The doctors themselves are great, so no issue there.

Dr. Lin's office performs tests in patients' annual physical exams without informing patients and the annual physical tests are inconsistent from year to year. Billing office staff rude and unprofessional. Dr. Lin did not return calls to patient's request

I've been seeing Dr. Chou for years and I've always had a good experience. The office is well provisioned and they have done a good job of streamlining the processes.

Been going to Dr Chou's office for annual check ups for 5 years now and the experience has always been excellent. They may be a little backed at times but they spends the extra few minutes to visit and catch up.

My overall experience with Dr. Lin Chou has been excellent. I wish I could say the same with the receptionist (Christina) at the Hillsborough (NJ) office. I wish the management would terminate her employment. Christina has, absolutely, no customer relation skills. She does not verbalize her nastiness through the phone, but you can just feel the spite in her voice and attitude when speaking to her. She sounds as if she does not need this job (so she should be fired asap). Every time I speak with her, it makes me consider finding a new PCP.

I cannot be happier at having found Dr. Chou! A delightful person, Dr. Chou listened very patiently and responded with intelligence and compassion. She answered every question to my complete satisfaction. So unlike many dr.s that I have been to, many of them shooting patients through quickly and without the integrity to actually connect with the patient. Dr. Chou's desire to truly care for you is made obvious, again, by her brilliance, compassion and the thorough visit she offers every patient I am sure! A pleasant and attentive staff made my visit perfect! as the daughter of an old school, dedicated, highly respected, multiple degree physician I would recommend Dr. Chou without hesitation.

I have been treated by Dr. Chou for a number of years and have always found her to be kind, gentle and concerned. She is, however, in a very busy office and does unfortunately have time constraints to deal with. Over all, I would say you'd like her bedside manner, however it is difficult to get a call back from her as the office staff doesn't know when to turn a matter over to her for a call back to the patient.
