I've been going here for many years now, and it is horrible. The office staff are friendly, but the whole place is a train wreck. I can never get my medications filled at a reasonable rate, I am lied to about when medications can be refilled, and the "new" policy of refusing to refill all medications on the weekend is down right cruel. The wait times for an appointment are horrendous, with a 3 hour wait for a noon appointment. If I had another option for a doctors office, I would take them over coming here 10 out of 10 times.

I came to Advocare for the first time when I was sick with covid. My doctor wouldn’t see me and they were willing to help me. I saw Dr. Friedman and now my boyfriend and I are both planning on switching to him as our primary doctor. He was very helpful and nice. Everyone else in the office I interacted with was very pleasant except for the woman at the front desk. I’m not sure what her name was but I was seen on a Thursday night. She wasn’t very nice. She seemed like she didn’t want anything to do with me and seemed like she was in a bad mood. But everything else was so great which is why I’m giving them 5 stars still.

I have been going to Advocare in Flanders for many years, on the recommendation of friends. I love the doctors there and have never had any problems with either the staff or them. I have sent many people there who feel the same way.

I am very grateful to have such a wonderful medical office close by. The office staff, nursing team and doctors are caring, accommodating and knowledgeable.

I've been going here for years. I've used Dr. Ghanta, Dr. Choe, Dr. Miccio, and even the PA Rebecca, and they've all been wonderful.The staff seems to have varied over time from average to good, and back, and sometimes there's a wait, and sometimes not. It all depends on the day. (Avoid Mondays with your illnesses if you can, LOL.)Today (a Wednesday), I wasn't able to see my regular doctor, but was able to get an appointment within an hour.

If you want to hear what a miserable person sounds like, speak to the receptionist. It does not surprise me in the least bit to read these reviews about the office staff.

Doctors seem good, but trying to get an appointment and even worse trying to refill prescriptions is horrific!!!

Had first appointment for Sat morning at nine. Was there early was put in examine room at 9. At 9:20 someone came in and state doctor is just leaving hackettstown now and will be there in 10. hackettstown is 20 to 25 min away. At 9:50 doctor arrived. What a joke our time is not important.

The doctors are fine... the office staff is HORRIBLE!!! Refilling Rx's there is the WORST experiance ever!!
