It takes for ever to get an appointment i called in 3times and each time i waited for 15mins still no one answers my call they will just keep on hold. The doctor was gud but customer service is very very bad

Dr. Ghanta was one of the best doctors I ever had. Extremely pleasant and very comfortable to speak with. If she doesn't know the answer to something, she confers with her colleagues in the office and gets right back to you

Dr Ghanta is by far the best primary care physician I’ve ever had. Never rushes the appointment, spends time discussing your health. Builds and works on a plan with you and always willing to take the time to discuss. I highly recommend Dr Ghanta for all your healthcare needs.

Called in to try and get an appointment to get looked at. Was told this office only deals with current patients. So they don't want new ones? I moved to mount olive 5 yrs ago and have used a doctors office in cedar knolls. I guess I can't experience the convenience of a doctors office down the road from me? I was treated like my concerns don't even matter. So no appointments with new patients, no walk ins even willing to wait (the website actually has a tab that states walk-ins) and a demeanor of they're just too busy to bothered by my inquiry. Excellent customer service.

I used Dr. Ghanta for many years. She is by far the best doctor I ever had. I recently relocated to another state and am so sad to lose her as my primary care physician. She really listens! She takes the time to understand and make the appropriate medical recommendations. Somehow, she even finds a way to be close to on time for her patients. I can't express how much I hate having to find another doctor.

Dr. Ghanta is an amazing and kind Doctor. One who is extremely knowledgeable, is a great listener, takes her time when you are with her, and follows up with you after your visit. I strongly recommend Dr. Ghanta as a primary physician.

Dr. Ghanta is completely unprofessional and obviously forgot any manners she once had. I have never been treated so poorly. She made me feel worthless and ashamed. She argued with me about side affects I was having from a prescription, telling me it wasn't real. Her exact last words to me was to "have a nice life".

Dr. Ghanta and her office were referred to me by a doctor in Hackettstown Hospital because I did not have a GP to go too when I was released from the hospital I was admitted for a blood clot and spent a week there. I am sorry I went to her. She was very inattentive to my needs IMO. Only saw me one time for follow up, and that is because I had a problem with my leg that had the DVT in it so she sent me for a sonogram and told me I was fine and two months later I had another blood clot.... If you have something as serious as this going on please avoid this place at all costs get a serious doctor.
