Please be warned Dr. Muglia Chopra may miss a diagnosis and over schedule the frequency of immunotherapy. Dr. Muglia Chopra did not conduct thorough enough evaluations and treatments for my son's chronic upper respiratory symptoms and she required immunotherapy (allergy shots) at a frequency substantially higher than that of 2 other allergists I have consulted with. She also required an office visit to answer even simple questions about my son's on going treatment, whereas the other allergists were happy to answer most questions over the phone or through their nurse. Dr. Muglia Chopra diagnosed my son with seasonal allergies. She treated him with immunotherapy and after about 2 years of weekly, biweekly, and monthly immunotherapy my son still had chronic symptoms. I got a second opinion with another allergist who discovered a sinus and ear infection and an allergy to cats (which we have had as a house pet for more than 3 years) in addition to the seasonal allergies!

After a skin test evaluation Dr. Muglia Chopra determine my son had seasonal allergies. She treated him with immunotherapy and after about 2 years of weekly, biweekly, and monthly immunotherapy my son still had chronic symptoms. As a result, Dr Muglia Chopra prescribed a nasal antihistamine and more frequent allergy shots. Out of concern her treatment was not helping, I got a second opinion with another allergist who discovered a sinus and ear infection and an allergy to cats (which we have had as a house pet for more than 3 years) in addition to the seasonal allergies!
Who would brush a infant off like no big deal? Didn't want to be bothered looking further into any testing or research. Extremely rude. Claimed my child had acid reflux. Guess what doc! You're wrong and you're extremely rude. You brushed a parent off with serious questions like it was no big deal. I'd never recommend you to anyone. Awful doctor. No wonder there's no good reviews about you.
Left the practice year ago. Best move. Staff can be nasty there is no backup doc if she’s not available. Found another doc that was knowledgeable in helping with my symptoms
Left the practice a year ago. Best move. Found another doc knowledgeable in helping my symptoms. Staff is very rude. No back up doc if she takes a leave of absence.
Left practice year ago. Staff was extremely rude. No backup doctors in place if she take a leave of absence which leave ya hanging. Left for another doctor that was knowledgeable in helping with my symptoms.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
