Dr. Hood and his entire staff were totally pleasant, professional and helpful. I selected this practice from the internet and am very happy I did. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Hood is extremely professional and knowledgeable in his field with an excellent bedside manner. He was able to identify the condition I have in one visit and determine the method to take to resolve it. My ankles can't thank him enough. He seems to go above and beyond for his patients which is rare with doctors. The office staff is also very professional and customer oriented. I had a very positive experience all around during my office visit and highly recommend this doctor to those looking for an excellent podiatrist.

I visited Dr. Hood several times in relation to a minor surgery that he performed on my foot. Dr. Hood is very down to earth, explaining all options and providing the information needed for day to day management. He is very respectful and has a wonderful bedside manner. He is top notch, both with his medical skills and his social skills.

I first went to see Dr Hood in August,2021 to evaluate a bunion on my left foot. He first explained the different options I had instead of having surgery. However, I opted for the surgery because my bunion was giving me a lot of problems. He was very kind, patient and thorough in explaining the surgery which made me very comfortable and realize I had made the right decision. The surgery was performed on September 9, 2021 at the Bridgewater Surgery Center. Before the surgery, Dr.Hood explained to me how the surgery was going to be performed .Again, making me feel very confident about the surgery. After the surgery, he asked me how I was feeling. His bedside manner is one of kindness, competence, and compassion with a little humor sprinkled in. I am so happy that I had the surgery . I would highly recommend Dr Hood if anyone is contemplating foot surgery.

My 1st visit to Dr. Hood last month was for a possible achilles issue. I was able to get an appt quickly & Dr. Hood was very thorough, professional, & patient in his examination & in offering possible solutions & options. I have a follow-up appt later this month & I'm already feeling some improvement.

I hate going to doctors. From the friendliest of the receptionist to the professionalism and care of Dr. Hood, my experience was top notch. He proved to be knowledgable, gentle, and kind of funny. I highly recommend Dr. Hood to anyone who needs a podiatrist. I only wish he was a primary care doctor since I need one of them too!

I was facing the possibility of an amputation of my foot but Dr Hood did surgery and saved it (and my leg), I am back to walking (without my brace, I am doing well with inserts instead). I praise God for this man and his skills, mostly the belief and confidence he had. Thank you Dr Neuhaus for bringing him into your practice. Dr. Hood took the time to address my questions to the best of his scope and provided detailed education about relevant procedures to my case. He also offered guidance with what to look for when choosing a surgeon. His quick responses and great communication is refreshing!
