Office will not submit to insurance and the paperwork they give you does not provide the necessary codes so it’s basically all out of pocket. Diagnosis was same as other dermatologist said by looking at the skin instead of taking a couple of samples.

I was charged an inflated lab fee since I am uninsured. The lab offered to reduce with Christopher’s sign off but he would not do so despite repeated requests. Would stay away if from his practice of you don’t have full insurance coverage.

Dr Cassidy the kindest doctor I've ever gone to. After having a bad time with doctors he actually sat and listened to me and my concerns. After 4 years with chronic staph infections it took only 2 weeks for him to clear them up. I can't say enough kind words.

I had a thorough skin check with Jennifer and she then brought Dr.Cassetty in to view areas of concern. The receptionist was very friendly. I’m pleased to have found them .

Saw him for annual skin cancer screening, was very pleased with visit. Prompt, personable, and thorough.

I made an appointment to specifically have a couple of skin tags removed from my neck. I was waited on by the PA, J. Rendall who refused to remove the skin tags, gave me ridiculous basic advice about skin care (I have always taken excellent care of my skin) and even gave me a brochure for some type of apparatus I can use to reach my back which was an insult since I am very capable of reaching my back. In addition, she went to see if the Dr. would say hello to me but he was too "busy" to poke his head in the door even though I was referred to him by a friend of his. I had to pay $150.00 out of my own pocket which I will not be reimbursed for since he is not a member of any medical networks! I will never go back to see either the doctor nor the PA. It was a waste of my time and money!!!!

Jennifer Rendall was great and answered all my questions. Very professional. Also met Dr. Cassetty because of being my first visit, very nice. Will be coming back for full body check. Will recommend to my friends.
