My son had a very bad reaction to his vax, we called 2.5 hours before the office closed and were told a nurse would call back, 18 hours later no call back then couldn't get an appt same day and the uneducated idiots at the front desk refused to put a dr on the phone, son started vomiting and they asked are you sure its not spit up. ended up having to take him and my toddler to the ER.. no point in having a dr if you can't even make an appt. I was also told for his 2 month visit I should've made the appt 3 months in advance.. um excuse me? he wasn't BORN 3 months ago. I would've had to schedule an appt for an UNBORN child for an 8 week check up before they even did a newborn visit? Doesn't matter if you have great dr's if you have NO access to see them and have to go to an ER anyways. HORRIBLE service, the staff are a bunch of complete and utter MORONS.
