List of Gregory E. Broslawski's Reviews
Office is uncaring & disorganized. Nurses refuse to let you speak to the doctor & routinely refuse to give you refills. I went to every appointment and got tests as ordered. But they commonly wrote orders wrong or made mixups. Once went for a mammogram but the order was wrong. That office & myself called the office several times but the lazy receptionist refused to get up and talk to the doctor. After an hour, my test had to be rescheduled which meant more time off work. Last straw was when I got labs as ordered & went for check up. That same day I got a call saying I didn't get a test THEY FORGOT TO ORDER so they refused to order my meds once again. Oh an I had the test 5 months earlier but they claimed that since it was January, it didn't count. Once again, they refused to let me speak to the doctor. They are so happy to take your money then refuse care. Treat you like you are drug seeking and an addict even when you don't take narcotics and just want a cholesterol med or migraine me
Office is terrible and disorganized. Common to get orders for labs and tests written incorrectly & for messages to never be given to the doctor. The office also treated me like a drug addict because I get non-narcotic migraine medicine. They would arbitrarily refuse to fill prescriptions even though I never missed an appointment and got lab tests as ordered. Nurse would refuse to let me speak directly to the doctor, including if I was asking something unrelated to pain like a cholesterol med. The last straw was when I went for labs as doctor ordered, then went to my check up as scheduled. I got a call the same day telling me I didn’t get labs THAT THEY FORGOT TO ORDER, so they still wouldn’t write any rx’s. They refused to let me speak to the doctor, as usual. The nurses and office completely do not care about your time, pain, general health, or money. They just love having power over you and treat you like dirt. Want your $ but refuse to give care.
Went here for years because the doctor himself usually takes time to talk to you and is compassionate. As another reviewer says, he can be quirky. When discussing insomnia, he once suggested to have a drink of alcohol every night "like he does". Once I mentioned trying CBD oil and he said "why not just smoke marijuana"? Meanwhile, the nurses in his office will treat you like a dirtbag and drug seeking addict if you have any chronic pain issue, even though you have no addition history, history of illegal drug use, or use any opiates. Once had a nurse claim her rules were the law - which is a blatant lie. They just have rules the nurse feels like making up that day. I went and got a set of labs that the doctor himself ordered then had my regularly scheduled check up exactly as scheduled. They waited to call me after I was gone to say since I didn't get one lab THAT THEY FORGOT TO ORDER, therefore none of my prescriptions would be filled. I had the same lab only 5 months earlier but she claimed because it was January, it no longer counted. She refused to let me speak to the doctor, because they've done this before and when I complained to the doctor he said they were wrong and gave me my meds. She refused to check with the lab to see if the result was just not sent yet. She refused to say something like "you can get one month's supply and need the lab before the next refill". Instead she would only let me speak to the office manager, who frankly should not be making any medical decisions, who just backed her up. I'm done with them. They've messed up orders and paperwork many times before. I went for a mammogram with the wrong order from the doctor. Both the center and myself called several times begging for the doctor to correct the order. The lazy receptionist just said "he's with a patient" and refused to ask the doctor. After an hour, my test had to be rescheduled, which meant talking more time off work. The nurses don't care at all for the money and time spent getting extra labs or having to reschedule tests because of the wrong order. They don't care about your health or dignity. I once had to schedule a six month visit at seven months - because they had nothing sooner available, yet they pull the same BS of not allowing you to get prescriptions because your appointment is late, even when I was taking something I would have withdrawal from after I ran out. I don't know if the doctor is completely unaware of what his nurses are up to or if he's directing them and too cowardly to say it to you face. Quite frankly, at least one of his nurses should lose her license.
This office is a nightmare. When I was actually allowed to deal directly with the doctor, he was always compassionate and professional. However his office staff is a mess. I went to him for several years. I had constant mix ups with documentation and difficulty with communication. I went for a mammogram a while back and the doctor wrote the wrong order. The center plus myself called the office several times to get a new order. The lazy receptionist refused to ask the doctor for it. After an hour, my test had to be rescheduled which meant another half day I had to take off work. Other times I called for refills and not only did they refuse to refill it but the nurse never bothered to call and communicate about this or give a reason. After about a week, I finally was able to contact them to get information. Of course, they are never sorry for leaving you with no meds for days. Also over several years, they never were able to manage updating who my OBGYN is in their system, so at every visit they handed me a form claiming I had no routine screenings, when in fact, they just could never figure out where to get the paperwork. The final straw was after I went for labs, as ordered by the doctor. Then I went for my regularly scheduled appointment. Only after I left, the nurse called to say they would not give me a refill because I didn’t get a lab THEY FORGOT TO ORDER. I had just had it done 5 months earlier but the nurse claimed because it was January, it didn’t count. She refused to let me speak to the doctor, even though I informed her the last time this happened he claimed to be unhappy with his staff and that it shouldn’t have happened. I was only looking for my usual non-narcotic migraine medicine. Yet this staff has treated me like a drug seeking addict for years. I only kept going because the doctor himself is good to deal with. They care nothing for your time, health, pain, or dignity. They enjoy having power over patients and deciding who has access to healthcare. The nurse should lose her license.
I was recommended by a friend to Dr. Broslawski. I have suffered with depression, anxiety and panic attacks and nothing seemed to be working to help me. It started in my teen years and became worse. Dr. Broslawski recommended lexapro. I have never in all my years tried it. I felt desperate and was willing to try anything. Within a few day's, I felt absolutely amazing. I haven't felt thing good in many years. It makes me want to cry how great I feel inside. I started cleaning the house again without fighting myself. I actually like to do the laundry now. Before I was always tired and just didn't have a care if anything got done. I only wanted to sleep. Now I have energy and I'm loving life. Thank you Dr. Broslawski for changing my life around with a simple pill. I thought I have tried all of them out there. My family thanks you as well. My husband has his wife back.
I have been a patient of Dr. Broslawski‘s for over 20 years. He is professional, courteous, personable, speaks to you frankly without hesitation about anything relating to your health and always finds time to talk for a few minutes on a personal level. His office staff is also professional, courteous and personable, and the office / exam rooms are always neat and tidy. I would recommend him without any reservations.
Dr. Broslawski misdiagnosed my family member. Do not go to this doctor. After the passing of my family member I feel it is important to let others know. This death could have been avoided if not for a year of being treated for something my family member never had.
I have been with Dr. Broslawski's medical practice for over 20 years. He is an excellent general physician with a top notch staff. I have had different medical issues over the years, and he has been my partner in mitigating each and every one successfully. I highly recommend him.
I highly recommend Dr. Broslawski. He is a good listener and deeply cares about his patients and is an excellent diagnostician. I never wait longer than 5 min maximum. The staff is wonderful and courteous. If I call the office I get a response the same day which is appropriate since I am in the medical field. Patients should be notified within the same day.
It is unbelievable that someone like this is able to practice medicine. He is rude and condescending. He was unable to accurately diagnose a problem I was having. Went to another doctor and he was shocked that this doctor didn't diagnose correctly. He should have his license taken away.
