She saved my life Dr. Klein was the only neurologist out of many I had seen who was concerned that perhaps my daily, debilitating migraines were originating from my neck. She had me get a cervical MRI which showed a very clear and severe issue. I had surgery at HSS for a C5-C6 fusion and my life has completely changed. When I say she saved my life, I mean it. I couldn’t live like that anymore.

Front staff is very rude! Finally received a call back 2 weeks later after a negative office review was posted. The messages left on my voicemail to call for a new patient appointment were very friendly so I did call the office only to be greeted very nastily by the front staff! I explained that messages were left for me to call the office in regards to an appointment I was trying to make with Dr Klein. I was so rudely told “ I never called you so what do you want?! I was at a loss for words at how I was being spoken to by this receptionist. I was being verbally beraded at the request of their office to call back!! I work in medical and an appalled at this woman’s behavior towards a possible new patient at her practice! I reached out to my PCP who referred us to Dr Klein and explained everything. We were then redirected to another practice for treatment. We are working to get this situation addressed and see this receptionist held accountable in this matter for her choice of behavior and unprofessionalism.

Dr. Klein is a kind and compassionate provider. She takes the time to thoroughly explain what was happening with my son. Dr. Klein conducted such a thorough examination. Dr. Klein was the first doctor to really drill down in an effort to find out how to best help my son. I highly recommend Dr. Klein.

Dr. Klein had the perfect approach to assessment of my son (who is speech delayed). He has trouble with eye contact and cannot always answer questions when asked. Unlike any Doctor we have previously seen, Dr. Klein got down on the floor and played with him. She used toys and games to diagnose and assess him. He didn’t even realize he was being evaluated. If you have a child needing neurological assessment she is hands down your best choice!
