No followup whatsoever! I was given a prescription for a CPAP machine and mask to treat a diagnosis of sleep apnea (which I ordered, received, and properly followed the setup instructions for initial use). The settings were not powerful enough; I was waking up gasping. I tried several times to reach Dr Pi at his office, leaving messages for a callback... never received a callback. I did finally reach a staff member to complain, and managed to get an appointment a few days later for a sleep technician to increase the airflow. He was a no-show at the appointment; I had to chase him down via the staff; someone apparently didn't schedule the appointment properly. An hour later I met with the tech, who increased the airflow on my machine and gave me a different mask to try (which I appreciated, but it does NOT fit my machine... why he would give me an incompatible mask I don't know, other than lack of attention to detail). Since then I have not only called and left numerous messages, NONE OF WHICH have been returned, I finally (out of utter frustration) DROVE to the office on Sandhill Rd to get help. Instead I was asked to make a new appointment with Dr Pi for DECEMBER (here it was Oct 22)!!! NO WAY I'M WAITING, this is RIDICULOUS and UNACCEPTABLE. I have an expensive CPAP machine that isn't achieving its purpose, and an UNRESPONSIVE doctor and staff... I don't know what to do at this point, other than TRY to get my insurance to reimburse me for the equipment, and have them recommend another doctor to see. I'm REALLY UPSET with Hunterdon Critical Care and Pulmonary, AND especially Dr Pi. That's just bad medicine... Sorry.
