pls try other Drs if u can i will detail more next time
Seems to me they cover up the problem instead of trying to solve it or find out why its happening
You cant get through to the office. You have to leave a message everytime . They dont get back to you the same day or maybe two. I had to wait a month for an appointment. I was given a prescription to a very expensive acne medication. The doctor advised me to call him if I need to change it to a cheaper one. Went to the pharmacy, and it was out of control. Left another message to be told to use the RX app and it drops the price 60%. The price drop 20%. Walked in to the office to get a new prescription and was sent away since then doctor was busy and he will call me back. So frustrating just to get an acne cream.
I called to schedule an appointment and was told he is not available until November (4 months from now) and they told me to see my PCP for a dermatologic issue! They are not accepting new patients!
When looking at my bruised toe nail Dr. Sisack said it was fungus. He barely looked at it and was wrong with his diagnosis. I came in with hair loss issue. He addressed that well but his bedside manner is lacking. Very cold guy.
I see reviews here that are both centered around the office staff, not the doctor. I've been to this doctor for several checkups and surgeries. He is very thorough, friendly, and communicates very well. His work is excellent, based on my experiences. I haven't had to wait long in the waiting room, about average for a doctor's office, but it's pretty roomy and comfortable. I just thought someone should chime in on the doctor himself so that others can use that information when making decisions about who to use, and didn't want him unfairly rated two stars. I have no connection with anyone here other than as a patient.
Dr. Sisack is a great Dermatologist! He removed a mole from my face without leaving a scar at all ! He is very thorough and knows his stuff!
I am writing this review on the behalf of my mother who had an awful experience due to your ignorant receptionist. She made an appointment months ago and when she showed up to her scheduled appointment was told she needed a referral by her primary doctor. My mother stated that her primary doctor had sent over a referral electronically. Instead of trying to look into this she immediately stated that my insurance wont cover the appointment and proceed to make an appointment for another time. I feel that the sitaution could've been handled better. She should've never talked to my mother the way she did, she made mother feel very uncomfortbale and felt that she was being racists towards her which is sad. My mother simply wanted to attend this appointment to figure out what is wrong with her skin and be treated properly by a doctor. Not betlitted and turned away by the rude receptionist. It was the worse doctor experience for her. Get receptionist who care about the patients and are understanding, willing to do their job. You will continue to lose patients if the person at the front desk is ignorant and rude.
Doctor and receptionists were nice, but I consistently waited for 30+ minutes before seeing anyone.
I havent even been there yet and am already unimpressed. The woman i spoke to on the phone was rude, curt and seemed rushed. She put me on hold twice without telling me. I hope the doctor im seeing is worth the aggravation.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
