Went to him a number of years ago other mri imaging and reports that explicitly stated what needed to be done in surgery. It was extensive and I was not going to like life for a while. Showed up for surgery, read his to-do list and nothing we discussed was on it. As I got on the gurney, I asked what the hell happened to what we discussed? All he had me down for was to “clean up” my shoulder. He denied ever talking or hearing about the other procedures when I produced the MRI’ and he said that he did not have the equipment or resources for such a procedure at his surgical-center. I foolishly let him proceed hoping I would get at least some relief from the pain. A week later, my arm felt weird. At the follow-up he said “Oh, I must have cut your bicep” “You really don’t need it anyway” I was livid and no lawyer would take the case because the expert witness would eat all the proceeds. One of the worst and most arrogant doctor I ever encountered. A second doc tried to fix the bicep, but he could not find the other end to attach it to. Just a nightmare all around. He IS Dr Mengele
I have been visiting Dr Pollack for now ten years, nice guy but His FRONT DESK STAFF IS VERY RUDE,EAT OPENLY FOID WITHOUT MASK,LEAVE MASKS ON CHIN N THROAT AND ASAP PATIENT ENTERS ,THEY SCREAM THEM,,"""PUT THE MASK ON NOW"" I PERSONALLY MADE MANY COMPLAINTS BUT NOTHING CHANGED SO THEN I STOPPED TAKING HIS APPOINTMENTS TY
Dr Pollack; You worked wonders and my recovery is a result of your surgery, guidance and support for me after my accident.
Thank you Dr. Michael Pollack for giving me back the use of my right arm! I had my first visit to MidJersey Orthopedics seven years ago and was diagnosed with osteoarthritis of my right shoulder. Injections provided relief for a while. As time passed, I realized that I was relying on my left arm to do more (poorly I might add, especially writing) of what I, as a right-handed person, had always done with the right. After talking with Dr Pollack about my options I decided to have shoulder replacement surgery. It is one of the best decisions that I have ever made. I do the exercises faithfully and now, 4 months post surgery, I have full pain free use of my right shoulder and arm. My only regret is that I didn't have the surgery sooner. Sybrigje Herman
Dr. Pollack and his staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He answered any questions I had. If I were ever to need another knee surgery without hesitation I would choose Dr. Pollack.
From the beginning, Dr. Pollack was ensuring of great care. He was the 2nd doctor I saw for my right shoulder after a basketball injury. He suspected that I may have a odd tear in my shoulder. After getting an arthogram, he diagnosed me with “Humeral Avulsion Glenoid Ligament tear”. He advised the best way to go about this would be surgery then therapy. After 4 weeks I had surgery, and I slowly progressed through PT and now I am 4 months Post-OP and feeling great. I am slowly getting back into weightlifting and playing basketball, all thanks to Dr. Pollack’s great care and expertise. His office and team were great from the beginning to the end. Highly recommend anyone with any shoulder pain to go see him.
I saw Dr Pollack for shoulder pain he seems knowledgeable but extremely dismissive and arrogant. He seemed annoyed when asked questions and was more concerned with rushing the appointment along. I recommend if your condition is black and white. Otherwise he won’t take the time to understand you or your condition.
100% satisfied with Dr. Pollack and his team of Professionals! My elbow is definitely better since the surgery and I'm getting stronger every day. Thank you again Dr. Pollack!
Clean, efficient, and courteous! Had a great experience and follow-up. Will continue to recommend and use their services.
Fantastic surgeon, excellent bedside manner, excellent results. I’d highly recommend Dr Pollack. The best!

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
