Phillips has been the best doctor I have had in all of my 89 years and his staff is just as wonderful. Very thorough, professional caring doctor and team. Hard to find such good care and dedication in all of Pinellas cty. Dr. Phillips came highly recommended and so I travel almost an hour for his care. His entire team is always there for any questions or concerns along with his dedicated nursing staff.

My appointment was for 4:30....I waited 45 minutes. Get seen by the Surgical Coordinator for Lasik. She dilates my eyes and says the Dr. will be in shortly. 45 Minutes later I walk out. No one ever checked on me or explained the delay. Eyes dilated and staring at the wall. 10 minutes after I leave....they call to apologize for the wait....today. TODAY??? It's ALL the time. NO RESPECT for peoples time. They call again the next morning to apologize yet again. I said I can't believe Paul makes you call to apologize for him. Complete waste of time. If I had a Nickle for all the times I heard "Sorry for the Wait" to all the other patients I could pay for Lasik with a different doctor. If you value your time and want to be respected go to a different practice. All the Paul Phillips offices are terrible.

Best Doctor around. I wish he was a primary. He goes the extra mile. Took time to talk with my husband about some of the feelings he was having after open heart surgery

Having read the unhappy reviews about excessive wait times and unfriendly staff, I went for my first visit with some trepidation. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that my wait time was minimal - about 15 minutes and the staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They spent a lot of time explaining everything about my condition and potential for surgery. Dr. Phillips himself was very honest and answered all of my questions. They spent a lot of time with me and did not rush even though I was the last person to leave the office! I have several pre-op visits to do before my surgery and I am hoping to continue having this level of experience.

My wife and I recently switched our eye care due to the impending retirement of our previous doctor. We are delighted with the choice we have made of Dr. Paul Phillips. What a find! The staff and the facility are very "user friendly," and Dr. Phillips is an impressive warm reassuring presence who gave us both through exams. We have complete confidence in his work.

Dr. Phillips took care of my husband for 20 years and he was the very best. I would tell everyone, if you need a great Cardiologist who is caring and knows his stuff, go see Dr. Phillips. No question was silly, and he always answered everything we asked. He kept my husband alive for many years and I thank him from the bottom of my heart!

This guy had me waiting in a poorly maintained patient room for 45 minutes......he was a no show! I left without seeing anyone! BEWARE!!
