Sandeep Bhargava's Online Review Report Card

I've had several abdominal surgeries, and a previous attempt at colonoscopy (by another doctor) failed. I'd recently had a positive Cologuard and had no idea what I should do. Dr. Bhargava successfully completed my colonoscopy, and I had no discomfort or complications afterward. Like so many of their results, the Cologuard was a false positive. It's a huge relief to know I'm fine, and I am appreciative to Dr. Bhargava and the staff at Hunterdon Endoscopy for the peace of mind this successful procedure provided.

Dr. Bhargava definitely knows what he is doing. Very competent, confident, efficient. He successfully completed my colonoscopy when another doctor had failed (I've had several C-sections, which complicates this procedure). Absolutely no discomfort afterward. He listens well and remembers what you've told him. I would recommend him with confidence. A shout out too to all the wonderful nurses in Huntingdon's Endoscopy Center---they were attentive, supportive and kind.

Dr. Bhargava is competent, confident, and efficient. He successfully completed my colonoscopy where another doctor had failed due to complications from previous abdominal surgery. He listens well and remembers what you have told him. Highly recommended.

Dr. Bhargava did not review my primary care physician's record before or at the beginning of my visit. Towards the end of my visit he was confused why I was planning a colonoscopy and said I had good insurance as it will pay as I wasn't of the normal age for coverage. We scheduled my colonoscopy for 5 days later. I was confused why he was confused and I explained I had a recent medical issue and he then realized that it would be dangerous to have the colonoscopy so soon and THEN looked at my record. He was negligent and could have caused more damage if I didn't say something and went through the procedure with him. His lack of attention and no acknowledgement of his mistake is unacceptable. I understand medical offices are busy but this is no excuse to put a patient at risk.

One of the best Gastroenterologist! He has been my doctor for over 15 years and his timely medical procedure helped me overcome a serious health issue. He is very knowledgeable and answers all of my questions patiently.

Went to hunterdon hosp for a colonoscopy. Dr b removed a large polyp but did not suture properly afterwards amd i had a severe bleeding episode requiring a 2nd colonoscopy and additional hosp stay. His focus is on doing the most colonoscopies, not doing them well. I would never go back to him.

Judgement-free and professional. My initial visits and procedures with him have been good, but communication dropped off entirely after a few months when treatment changed. The office is incredibly slow and difficult to get most anything done with, and altogether the practice has shown me "care" is only reactive instead of proactive. Treatment can be found, but good luck getting anything more than that.

I have been a patient at the practice for about 6 months now, and Dr. Bhargava has gone above and beyond trying to help me find answers to questions that I have been asking for quite some time. I have a very complicated medical history and background, which makes it very difficult to treat the specific gastric disease that I have. While we are unable to treat the issue itself due to my history, Dr. Bhargava has spent much time helping me find ways to manage my symptoms. I have seen three different doctors for the same issue, and none of them have suggested anything similar to what he did, and I am in much, much better shape now then I was 6 months ago. I have recommended Dr. Bhargava to many family members and friends, and will continue to do so. If your struggling, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Bhargava, and the Advanced Gastro practice.

I just want to say Dr. Bhargava is an awesome doctor. He diagnosed me with Crohns Disease in 2007. I didn't know why I was in so much pain with my stomach. I went to docs before him and no one could figure it out. Thank God for Dr. Bhargava. I have never forgotten you.
