I totally agree with review by Sang L. Lauralee is not acceptable. Rude and bothered. I have not returned because Dr. Carla was my physician and after she left all I could get was physician's assistant. Now I have to make an appointment and who do I ask for?
Kind.
I had an emergent appointment due to a lesion on my head after I was told by a doctor that it was an ulcer/could be malignant. I saw Dr. Qureshi and she was not at all interested how the skin lesion happened to start or how it ended up turning into a lesion. SHE prescribed me an over the counter medication which could have really hurt me because I have asthma, if she took the time to go over my medication list like the PSR said she would do during my appointment.. she would have known. Not only do I have a lesion on my scalp, but some other things on my scalp that she didn't even care to take a look at. Dr. Sarah Qureshi also brought someone else into the exam room with her, did not bother to introduce who the other person was and did not even ask consent if it was ok for this stranger to be in the exam room. Dr. Sarah Qureshi saw me at least 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment and only spent 5 minutes with me. I also have scaly patches on my hands which she refused to look at, I even told the nurse prior to seeing Dr. Qureshi about it (not sure if there was a correlation). Will never go back to see this doctor.
As Dr. Qureshi is a specialist in an area (Dermatology) that involves both immediate and ongoing concerns involving changes in the biggest organ of the body - the patient is often also in psychological distress. Do I have Cancer? Did I let this go on too long? Have I been irresponsible with attention to my health? Dr. Qureshi is not only a Skin specialist, but a calming and objective observer of these underlying but burdening concerns of the individual person and their state of mind. I've never been so comfortable discussing my concerns point by point across my body's exterior. It is very likely that all of Dr. Quereshi's patients will have the same comfort. The entire staff at the HMC Dermatology Center only an extra plus for my personal experience.
Front desk staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. I had an appointment on 12/25/2020 with Dr. Qureshi that required prior authorization. My primary care medical assistant faxed my prior authorization 3 times. Each time, they claimed that they couldn't see it. I walk in to my appointment and they make me wait for 30 minutes "because they needed my prior authorization to be faxed- AGAIN". Turns out the form had been sitting on the reception's desk the whole time. No apology offered. Was rushed in to see Dr. Qureshi. His nurse did not introduce herself. Did not take my paperwork. Just stood there holding a clipboard and staring at me like I was an object. I'll never go back there. And by the way, the answer to every one of my questions was , "aging", and "there's nothing I can do about it". I never said I was looking for "a miracle cure for aging". Did I say I'm never going back there?
Horrible. They make you feel rushed. Lauralee the PA is miserable and the two times I've seen her I have felt very uncomfortable, like I am bothering her. They are all miserable. Would highly recommend to stay away.
I met with a very young DR (Dr Yousuf Qureshi) at Hunterdon Center for Dermatology in later September 2020. I started my visit with a nurse who rudely cut me off while I was explaining what issues I wanted to discuss with the DR. She asked if I wanted a body scan & I agreed.Dr. Qureshi came in 5 minutes later and quickly completed what I assume was a full body scan. He looked so uncomfortable during the body scan, he made me uncomfortable. (Why would someone become a DR if they are uncomfortable with a partially naked body?)He was unable to answer my questions, gave fancy names with no detail when asked about a growth and did not ask if I had questions. After he finished, he rushed out of the office with the nurse. My whole appointment took 15 minutes. I received NO answers and no treatment suggestions! If you are searching for a dermatologist in the greater Flemington area, find another practice!
Call up about my insurance form t ok day after 2 weeks went by girl was very disrespectful ask to speak office manager at meeting have to go to hospital and complain I cant get my paperwork never g ok back again Dr Bleckman did good job but not going to be treated bad by office staff
My first visit was satisfactory. At the second visit, I concluded that he could not accept responsibility for his work and took apparent offense when I instructed that any prescriptions be sent to my PCP for review. He concluded the visit by telling me that I did not need to make any further appointments unless my PCP so advised. I thought this was a bit immature and decided to seek a more competent and professional endocrinologist. It is a shame that there are so many diabetics in need of help and such a shallow pool of competent practitioners.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
