Friendly and efficient staff.

My husband and I saw Dr Jossefer about a month ago. We were told how wonderful he was and that maybe he could help my husband who had four or five compressed discs as well as some other issues . He looked at several old cat scans that we had from last November then he told us he would not perform surgery on my husband due to several factors. While we appreciate his honesty we felt that since he would not be able to make any money because he didn’t think surgery was a good idea, he dismissed us in about five minutes without making any recommendations or suggestions. His beside manner was so hurtful considering how much pain my husband is enduring. Would definitely NOT recommend him.

Dr. Joseffer's staff are the best. Very accommodating, friendly and efficient. When it comes to Dr. Joseffer he is the best neurosurgeon. He sent me for specific exray of my spine no one else thought of to determine what was causing the pain I was having in my spine. He listens to your concerns and comes up with options.

Exactly 1 month after surgery by Dr. Joseffer, I am pain free and have total mobility and flexibility in my neck. This doctor has golden hands and is very thorough in his approach. He, as a neurosurgeon, also gave me options that local orthopedic doctors did not suggest. The entire office was professional and very attentive to all questions and concerns. Lastly, my wife was kept informed about the procedure while I was being operated by text messages letting her know my progress. This was very calming for her since she could not be in the hospital due to covid restrictions.

I thought long and hard before responding to the request for a review of my visit to Dr Joseffer’s. From initial contact to the time of my appointment the office staff could not have been more receptive, pleasant, helpful, or professional. I am sure that the staff didn’t realize what had happened during my visit with Dr. Joseffer. I had an appointment with Dr Joseffer because of pains I was experiencing in my feet and legs, which based on my detailed observations, seemed related to my back. In my professional life, I was a scientific researcher, experienced in drawing conclusions based on a detailed analysis of relationships between various facts and observations. By no means do I consider myself as knowledgeable as a physician, but I would think that a physician would want to hear a full description of his patient’s experiences before making a diagnostic supposition. Dr. Joseffer is truly pleasure to work with, he communicates your conditions and options well. I am pleased to say I had Dr Joseffer as my surgeon for my lower lumbar surgery. He is truly skilled in this art/profession, humble, polite and soft spoken. I will select Dr. Joseffer again, if I need to go for another one.

Long wait time . Spent 10 minutes telling me he didn’t need to follow up .sent me back to the referring doctor for more test !

This was my first visit to Dr. Joseffer. Office was clean, efficiently run, and COVID-compliant. Staff is very helpful with everything, from scheduling appointments and handling paperwork to directing me to the office when I got lost in the development. My appointment was handled on time with hardly any wait. The doctor took time to ask questions, review all my information and listen to me before making any suggestions. His advice was conservative - he did not push for surgery but wants to follow up while I try other treatments. Overall very satisfied with the visit.

I had disc surgery with Dr. Joseffer in February. He was an extraordinary Surgeon. I came in with so much pain that I could not walk 3 steps without stopping and rubbing the pain radiating down my leg. I walked out of the hospital with that pain eliminated. After 6 months of agony, his skilled hands fixed the problem.
