Dr. Randhawa is a great doctor. She is kind, caring, and compassionate. She takes the time to really listen to you and makes you feel comfortable. She goes above and beyond and really is a quality doctor. My only issue is their office staff with answering phones for appointments or questions. They never answer the phone. I just wish the office staff put in the same effort as the doctors and nurses do there.

I have been seeing Dr Randhawa for over 10 years. She is so excellent that my husband changed his Dr to begin seeing her. She spends a great deal of time making sure that you understand your illness and what needs to be done to get healthy. She also insists on follow up to be sure that you are getting well. I highly recommend her and I truly believe that I am alive today because of Dr Randhawa.

they are never on time and she never even apologizes for coming in late. you have to call at least 5-6 times to get an appointment or even a follow up call. i will never recommend to anyone who values time and service

Dr. Randhawa is a good physician. She thoroughly investigates any presenting symptoms. She is a good communicator and will listen and not just rush you along. Office workers are VERY helpful and have intervened w/ my insurance on a number of occassions. I have no complaints at all. I have been going to the office for 10 years. This is the best it has ever been.

The staff that works there are morons. She is always late and sometimes doesn't even show up when you are scheduled. I waited an hour until they told me she wouldn't be able to see me. I will never go back there and do NOT recommend her.

She is horrible, no bedside manner and not knowledgeable at all. I came in for neck pain and headaches and she didn't even diagnose what I had... a simple sinus infection that I had to go to another doctor to get diagnosed.
