List of Stanley A. Sheft's Reviews
He is very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire time that he treated me. He answered all the questions that I had with patience and addressed all my concerns. On top of that, he is an amazing surgeon and works very delicately. I highly recommend Dr. Sheft!
Dr. Sheft did a diagnostic. The procedure took 20 minutes. The cost was $174 for the visit and $776 for the diagnostic. I have been waiting over 4 weeks for his office to call me for my follow up. They are not able to tell me up front what the next visit will cost.
I initially visited Dr. Sheft 14 years ago with a pain in my ear. I had brought my medical files with me and for the first time, a physician took their time to review my entire file and discuss my history in detail. During his review of my files he noticed an MRI report from a 2 years earlier which showed a nodule on my thyroid. I informed him that my primary care physician is aware of it for the past 2 years and my primary care physician assured me it was nothing to be concerned about since it is most likely not cancerous. Dr. Sheft did not agree with my primary care physician's diagnosis and convinced me to have it checked. He scheduled me for an ultrasound and discovered that the nodule grew over 120% in 2 years. He ordered a biopsy and confirmed that it was a form of cancer called papillary carcinoma. I proceeded to have a surgery to have my thyroid completely removed and have been cancer free for 13 years now I will always be grateful to Dr. Sheft for his genuine care, thoroughness, thoughtfulness and professionalism. He took his time and got it right and I'm cured because of him. May god bless and protect him and his family.

I had sinus surgery 6 years ago from another doctor another practice and I was in so much pain , I needed surgery again 6 years later very hesitant. I interviewed a few doctors and then I met Dr Sheft. I felt comfortable from the 1st visit, he did the surgery I had absolutely no pain or discomfort great doctor, great bedside manner great surgeon!
Removed a Large mass from my head and neck. Entire experience was perfect. He personifies professionalism and mastery of his trade. Wouldn’t go elsewhere.
I am a patient. He is staggeringly bright, talented and a terrific person. He is my go to doctor!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
