I would give him a minus 5 stars if that were an option. The visit was terrible. He would not allow me to give him pertinent information. He kept saying "I am speaking". He spent at least 75% of the visit berating me for being late and causing him problems. We were not late. I explained this to him multiple times. I did not get my questions answered. He was arrogant, dismissive, and spoke down to me. I have a Doctorate Degree in Jurisprudence and I did not like being spoken down to and his refusal to answer my questions. I will never see this person again. I strongly urge anyone considering consulting with him to find someone else. He wasted my time.

Dr. Gupta is one of the most knowledgeable OB-GYNs I have come across. She is extremely courteous and very reassuring with her patients. She even goes out of her way to get her patients' appointments scheduled for follow ups and with other doctors or the hospital.

Dr. Gupta was the most unsympathetic, judgmental doctor I have ever encountered. I had a high risk pregnancy and Dr. Gupta repeatedly told me that I was asking questions too early, she talked over me and did not listen to a thing I had to say. The only reason I returned to her for a second time was because she was the only doctor available - I should have taken that as a cue. I will never recommend her nor will I ever see her as a patient again! I suggest you see another doctor if you want to be treated like an individual instead of a number.

She is Very rude and only after your money and how much she can bill your insurance. Say far far away!

I was very satisfied with my visit. I did not have to wait very long at all to see my doctor, and as usual she and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Gupta explained everything she was doing during my examination to ensure I was comfortable and understood what was going on, which I greatly appreciated.

With both of my pregnancies, my visits with her had never been good. She comes off pushy, which wouldn't bother me so much as the fact that offices with so many doctors ought to take a minute to read records over before talking me into something I was just talked out of by a colleague.

I had originally wanted to see another physician in her office, but Dr. Gupta was the only one with availability in the near future (it should've occurred to me that there was a reason for this). I was extremely disappointed in both of my visits with her. First problem-she is extremely rigid, judgmental, and has a tendency to push her own values on others-something no physician should EVER do. Her extremely conservative opinions combined with her complete inability to be compassionate made for a very unfortunate experience. Additionally, she won't listen to a word you say. I must have stated 10 times that I do not want to have children and requested that possibility for future childbirth NOT be taken into consideration for my treatment (without going into much personal detail, this was severely limiting to my options but she refused to listen to me). She actually said to me, as a statement of fact, "You want to have children." Never even asked, just said it. After wasting most of the visit attempting to convince her that as an adult woman (quite far from my teenage years, where future consideration of childbirth may have been a valid concern, might I add), I have the right to make these sort of decisions for myself, we finally moved on. The rest of the visit consisted of her listening even less that she had before, demonstrating that she has very little knowledge about the different birth control/hormone therapies out there, and sending me away with an anti-inflammatory...?! Given the type of chronic pain I had, and complete lack of any presenting inflammatory symptoms, this was alarming. She also gave me hormones that I repeatedly told her (from ten years of experience) would not work for me. She insisted that I give them three months. Sure enough, EIGHT months later, they have completely failed at regulating my body. Why I went back for a follow up visit, I'll never know. But, at least I got to enjoy her starting over on the whole "YOU WILL HAVE CHILDREN" propaganda, proving once again that she is incapable of listening to her patients or bothering to check her notes before a patient's follow up appointment. I STRONGLY recommend seeing another doctor. ANY other doctor!
