Terrible office. No communication from Dr.Kiken’s office for entire month. Last person I spoke to said someone will get back to me, and a follow appointment was canceled. no one did. On top of it, Andrew, Dr. Kiken’s assistant, is way out of line. He is nasty and disrespectful. He forgets patients keeps him working. He argued with me on the phone on something he is absolutely wrong on and then wants to be rude. Even if it was a misunderstanding, if he was respectful it would have been no problem.

The worst doctor u will visit all about the money he will scar u for life and not even care trust me I have a scar to prove it I have to look a it everyday and can't see anyone else going through it having to look a scar that shouldn't never happen

I asked the doc a yes/no question - if the cut near my eye and cheek would leave a scar. His answer was “ would you rather have a scar or skin cancer”. Outrageous answer ! When I told my GP the other day he said maybe Dr. Kiken failed the bed side manners course in med school. He should have said yes, it will leave a scar and you can treat it with ointments and oils, etc. For that reason alone I will not go back to him. The other reason was that neither he or his staff explained the surgical procedure of removing layer after layer - left me alone in a small office ‘type operating room with blood running down my face on 2 occasions, I had to search for gauze to stop the bleeding.

Amazing Dr!!! Performed a few procedures that I am more than satisfied with. He also has an exceptional bed side manner. I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Kiken! Office wait times are very minimal.

Dr. Kiken really is the best. I went to him for a few years then I moved pretty far and tried to find a dermatologist local to me and no one could compare. I decided the drive is absolutely worth it. He's very knowledgeable, caring and takes care of any issues I have with my skin.
