I hope that this message is published for the benefit and knowledge of other people. My mother was treated on 9/21/2022. She had a surgical procedure done on her face. Either the doctor David A. Kiken and the nurses in that clinic had an exaggerated bad attention towards my mother, a very unpleasant experience that she had never lived before at her age. Lack of professionalism, guilt, ethics and even discrimination. Perhaps because my mother is Hispanic and has state insurance. My 76-year-old mother with health problems, high blood pressure, diabetes had her between 4 and 5 hours with constant hemorrhage until she had her stitches placed. My mother was in shock and we add to this situation that no one controlled her vital signs. The next day I called the clinic and when I said my mother's name and said that my mother was not feeling well, they hung up the call, I called again and asked to speak to a manager, they took my number and told me that they were going to to call. Terrible office. No communication from Dr.Kiken’s office for entire month. Last person I spoke to said someone will get back to me, and a follow appointment was canceled. no one did. On top of it, Andrew, Dr. Kiken’s assistant, is way out of line. He is nasty and disrespectful. He forgets patients keeps him working. He argued with me on the phone on something he is absolutely wrong on and then wants to be rude. Even if it was a misunderstanding, if he was respectful it would have been no problem.
