I found out about Dr. Huang through ZocDoc and I'm glad I did. She is very friendly to talk to and she is very knowledgeable with any concern you have. She makes you feel comfortable and worry free every doctor visit. Her staff is also amazing, they are very friendly. They will always greet you with a smile, they are very professional. I'm very happy she's my new OBGYN and I know she will take good care of me and my baby throughout this pregnancy journey.

OUTSTANDING OFFICE! Dr. Huang was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Her bedside manner was great and was very friendly throughout my visit. Both front desk and back-end ladies were very nice and courteous. Additionally, the ultrasound tech was also very pleasant and gentle during my exam. Will surely come back and refer my family to this office

After coming for a few OB appointments, I lost trust in this practice. They mixed up patient information, and canceled all my future OB appointments without even notifying me. On the day of appointment, I was told my appointment was canceled. They told me I was the one telling them I was switching physician so they canceled all my appointments. I asked for details and the date she said they got my notification didn't match my communication record and after that date I still had communication with the office. I told them they mixed up patient information, and the receptionist, who is also their ultrasound technician, was very rude and did not apologize at all. Instead, she asked me if I wanted to switch to another doctor, or book another appointment. I was very upset and asked for an apology, all I got was "IF this was a mixed up, we apologize". Dr. Huang is wonderful. She provided great prenatal care throughout my pregnancy but ultimately did not deliver our daughter as she simply was not on call the night that I went into labor. She’s in a consortium of three other obgyn’s and I was totally fine with who covered for her. Her office is small and high-end and the frequent visits were all comfortable!

When my long time phenomenal OB/GYN unexpectedly retired, I went to see Dr. HUANG since she was the first available. What a mistake!! Dr. HUANG was cold, callous and just rude to me. I am 50 yrs old, and I explained to her my unfortunate medical problem causing me to lose all reproductive hormones including estrogen 15 years ago putting me into early menopause at 35. For this reason both my GYN and endocrinologist explained how I therefore require HRT because lack of estrogen during crucial yrs caused early osteoporosis and other. Not only did Dr. HUANG refuse to prescribe HRT, she said “I don’t give out estrogen just so you can look younger!” I was hurt by this comment because HRT is not some thing that I want, but instead a medication I require as per all my physicians. Every other doctor in all specialties I’ve seen have told me how important it is with my condition that I be on HRT religiously. The next OB/GYN I saw prescribed HRT without me asking after I gave him my diagnosis. Furthermore I told him about my experience with Dr. HUANG and he rolled his eyes and shook his head with dismay. If you are looking for a smart OB/GYN who is also kind, Dr. Huang is not your doctor. This is an honest review.

100% losing business due to the reception staff. Tried calling over the course of several days just to make an appt only to be hung up on, or put on hold for over an hour. Never even got to meet the doctor, but I'm definitely looking elsewhere.

I asked them to look into it and check what went wrong. The receptionist told me they will get back to me and of course one month later - I heard nothing at all. I cannot believe this is the way they treat patients. The experience also makes me question the information they gave me - are they always trying to hide any mistake they make? I had blood drawn for NIPT test and more than 5 days later, the lab hasn't received my sample. The lab asked me to call this doctor's office to get the tracking number. When I asked for tracking number, first the nurse told me to wait when she went to check, then she told me they don't have any tracking information... and she said shipping can take 9 days... And of course the day after I called, the lab received the sample.. So.. did shipping really take that long? or they just forgot to ship my sample out?? This is a practice I'd never want to go back. With their attitude of not even acknowledging the tiniest mistake, I cannot imagine what they'd do to cover up major malpractice. I needed to switch OB, I guess the other patient whose info got mixed up with mine must have experienced something horrible and decided to switch. Good for both of us...

I am very disappointed with the service provided to patients. The doctor moved her practice did not inform her patients, then come to find out she is no longer accepting many insurances in said new practice again not informing her patients that she will no longer be able to care for them. Extremely unprofessional and demonstrates lack of concern for her patients.

The doctor came in and greeted me very friendly. She is knowledgeable and caring. I feel very relaxed during my visits.
