Dr. Chang is a kind and compassionate physician who helped me through a very challenging time. Due to a breast cancer diagnosis, both breasts had to be surgically reduced and I am extremely pleased with the outcome and my appearance. Dr. Chang is a very talented plastic surgeon who I will recommend to my friends and family!
