Compassionate, honest, knowledgeable and patient. I’ve been to many doctors and many ENTs over the past couple of years and Dr. Lin was by far the most professional and capable. The office staff are terrific and talented as well. I am very grateful to have him in our area

I waited a hour before Dr. Giant saw me and that was ok; no explanation or apology except that he was tired because he was performing surgery. This was told to me by his assistant nurse. Then the visit. It was so rushed. His arrogant and condescending demeanor was absurd. He asked me a couple of questions and then performed a procedure (nasolaryngo scope) without telling me anything. He numbed my nose, teeth, mouth, everything which was enough to keep me numbed for a day!!! He could’ve asked me if I wanted the numbness first instead of just administering. The numbing does NOT to be done to perform a nasolaryngo scope. It is an individual choice to choose whether you want it or not, but moe money to give the numbing agent. I have had this procedure done before and did not need ( or want) any numbness because the doctor was so gentle in performing it. Stay far away from this Doctor No bedside manner whatsoever. To many other great doctors out there with the whole package.

Why would anyone say bad things about Dr. Lin? He's young, knowledgeable, energetic, competent, friendly and knows his stuff. What more could you want? I was apoplectic about my condition - won't go into too many details - and had surgery yesterday to perform a deep biopsy of tissue that had eroded through and away a portion of my orbital bone. I'm pretty sure he did more than a deep biopsy here as I can breathe again, one day post surgery and cancer free! He's awesome, and I'm myself again!

The rudest and arrogant Dr. Had to wait an hour he didn’t explain anything to me or take the time to really find out what was going on. He spent less time then the hour that I waited for him. That I needed a prescription filled I had to call three times. I made sure I called early in the morning never got a phone call back from him or the prescription has never been filled. will never go back or recommend. On the day of my appointment I was told by the staff that he’s tired he’s been doing a lot of surgeries.

Dr. Lin met with one of family members and decided his knowledge was more accurate than the information we provided him. He insisted his knowledge was more accurate and pushed the information back to us. He made an appointment for one month out. We went to another EMT and reported him to the State

My mother we had almost 2 months to get an appointment just for them to cancel a day before and tell them that my mother has to wait another two months obviously this doctor does not care about his patients left a message for the office manager to give me a call never gave me a call don’t go to the doctor

Dr. Lin is simply amazing. Wife was seen by three different Doctors over a period of time causing a lot of stress and never really fixed the problem. But today after ONE visit The issue is fixed. How can one Dr. Just go in look around And BOOM fixes the problem. It just goes to show some are Smarter then others. Thank GOD for all the real good doctors. Thank you so much Doctor Lin.

Dr. Lin is phenomenal as is his bedside manner. He is dedicated and compassionate.

Dr. Lin is one of the best doctors I have ever seen (and I have seen quite a few). He has excellent listening skills, asks meaningful questions, and believes his patients experiences. He is gentle and explains things in easy to understand language. He has a patient centered attitude that makes it easy to trust him. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and is clearly passionate about medicine and being an ENT. He addresses issues with curiosity and is able to find less obvious symptoms and causes of problems more effectively because of this. He has been able to help me and my family members heal. He discovered medical problems that were causing major issues for my loved one, gave her treatments that worked, and connected her with other incredible doctors who were able to help with areas out of his field. He communicates with other doctors and is dedicated to his patients. I cannot say enough good things about him and I am very grateful to have him as my doctor. Thanks Dr. Lin!

Dr. Lin treats my 16 year old son. He has a great bedside manner and really takes the time to listen to my son.
