This is a horrible experience. I came in just for an annual physical check. The waiting time is surprisingly long. The total visit time is 4 hours, but just for physical check. Without eating anything in the morning, this is a tough and tedious-waiting visit. The front desk lady showed cold shoulder to patients. Obviously, the office need to enrich its management and efficiency. Based on my sad experience, I would not recommend this place.

I am a patient of Dr. Su Wang. Her practice is extraordinary in many ways. She is brilliant, caring and she goes the extra mile for her patients. I always get the feeling that she really loves what she does. Her office staff is remarkable in that they always acknowledge you by name and return phone calls in a timely fashion. I can't say enough about her practice. If you want to hit the jackpot with your medical practice, call this office. You will be amazed and thrilled by their diligence.

Dr. Wang is a super smart doctor as well as a compassionate and humble human being. She is thorough, kind, and understanding. I have never been so impressed by an Internist, and if you want excellence and attentiveness, see her. Her office staff is extraordinary also. I can't say enough kind words about my experience in her office.

I have had two appointments in Dr. Wang's new office in West Orange NJ in the past three months. It was easy to get an appointment. The staff is courteous, and the office is clean, neat and attractive. Dr. Wang is congenial and knowledgeable. She spent a great deal of time both speaking with me and performing a physical exam. She asked pertinent questions and "dove deeper" when warranted. Several weeks after my first visit, the doctor called me to find out why I had not yet had my blood tests done. She is a warm, caring, highly intelligent physician that I would not hesitate to recommend.
