Does not return important health related phone calls

MUCH stress waiting for phone calls to be returned, only within the last two years have messages not gotten to him and I never hear back. Presently two messages are in the office, and I haven't heard back to date. Very stressful, very depressing and hard on family waiting.

I am a MD, and I saw Dr DeRosa for a hematologic problem. During my visits, I heard his patients complement him to his staff, and I was impressed by how HE treated his staff. You can learn a lot about a Dr by watching how he relates to the people who work for/with him.
