Dr. Donna Dela Cruz is one of the worst doctors ever. She is rude and does not listen to a word you are saying. All she does is input into her computer in her own words! Horrible! Willnot return.

What a great person this dr is

Dr. Dela Cruz is an excellent doctor. She takes the time to listen to you and is very knowledgeable. I’ve been going to her for years and she’s helped me manage and address my health issues with great professionalism and with the outmost care and understanding, she’s saved my life a couple of times. I don’t believe the negative reviews that are here, they’re very one sided, I’m sure there’s more to their stories. There are 3 doctors in this practice and she’s the only one that sticks to a tight schedule, even after taking on patients that were abandoned by Dr. Jarone when he left the practice. I also wouldn’t say that Dr. Dela Cruz is condescending, she just wants you to be upfront with her and to respect her decisions. She’s always honest with you and she expects the same in return. Overall she’s one of the best doctors out there and her office and staff are there to help you get the most out of your visit.

She not only listens but understands eastern medicine also

Stopped going as she had sent me to lab corp who gave me wrong test . She didn't notify me for two months . In a panic . Lied on my reports wouldn't recommend .

The most disrespectful and arrogant physician out there. Learn how to speak to your patients! Save yourself the headache and keep looking for a doc.

This office is not ADA compliant and does not accommodate people with disabilities. I waited 3 months for an appointment and had to leave after 15 minutes because the doctor would not accommodate me. I have filed a complaint with the state. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I have recently been reunited with Dr. Dela Cruz and can't be more excited. Dr. DelaCruz is the furthest thing from disrespectful. She is an intelligent woman who knows what's what Her questions are honest and she expects the truth in return. If your not gonna be honest with your primary then they shouldn't be your primary. She is my medical voice. I completely trust her with my life or any of my family members...

I absolutely love Dr. Danna Dela Cruz. I like her thorough no nonsense approach and would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone 😉

Update: This practice is unbelievable. After kicking my mom and stepfather to the curb my mom had to fight to get her medical files and she's still waiting. They kept arguing saying she had no right. ---- This practice should be ashamed of themselves. Dr. Dela Cruz and another doctor took over Dr. Jannone’s practice. With no proper notification they refused to accept Dr. Jannone’s former patients. My 75 year old mother, who had been a patient of Dr Jannone’s for 19 years, only found out when her insurance notified her that the office was not accepting renewing her prescription. She called the office and they were anything but helpful. The nurse who answered the phone said the doctors were overwhelmed treating their own patients. What is the purpose of taking over another practice if you don’t accept the patients? This is not an isolated case as my mother has heard of other of Dr. Jannone’s former patients being refused as well. This is very disrespectful and a risk to the health of senior patients. My mother is now left scrambling to find a new primary care physician and a way to get her BP med filled. So far, the earliest she can get an appointment is January. Dr Dela Cruz and her partner in the practice should have realized this would be the case. They showed no compassion for the former patients that they left hanging without options.
