Dr. Novak is a down to earth M.D. . He listens and explains without being too clinical.l find him to be a breath of fresh air .

Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. Novak taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly with various treatment options. Was given the option of a virtual visit or an in person as I was not feeling my best. Highly recommended.

I will never go there again. I have been his patient for nearly forty years. Because I refuse to get covid vaccinated he treated me like a leper. He wouldn’t listen to my heart or lungs. I told him I felt the vaccine was dangerous and killing people. He actually said to me how much longer did I think I was going to live anyway. He told me I couldn’t come to his office unless I was fully vaccinated. What kind of doctor treats his patients like that? He should retire if he is afraid of his patients.

Very very unpleasant office! I was at office as a caregiver and The doctor was very short in explaining blood work and when asked to speak further to doctor after exam because patient is having brain fog the receptionist stated that she'd give us a call later and continued onto another phone call ... never even took my phone number!! You should be embarrassed of the way you Handle your job and I hope nobody ever treat your parents like that !!!

The entire staff is friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to work with your schedule.

I have been a patient of Trish Radd for years. She is knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and caring. She always takes them time to listen and is not dismissive or judgemental. My whole family now goes to their practice. They work together with my other specialists and I am thankful to have them as part of my health care team.

dealing with this office as a new patient trying to get to SEE the doctor is impossible go elsewhere

I have been a patient for years but I will no longer be returning after the care I received. I was suffering from an ongoing cough, sinus pain for 2 months. Both my visits , I was giving the same instructions to take allergy meds meanwhile my sinus were all inflamed. Third time I called asking to please have antibiotics called in because I could barely lift me head and was advised to see an ENT since their is nothing they can do. I had no other option to visit an urgent care facility who was shocked I wasn’t put on antibiotics and cough medicine. After a day of taking my antibiotics, I’m able to actually sit up and not have severe pain in my head. I will never return to this office.

Definitely not an office to use if you are having any type of mental health issue. Instead of listening, they would rather chastise you for chastise needing help. Would not recommend this office under any circumstances.
