Eastern Dental's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Dubman is awesome! It is hard to deal with dental issues that impact how the world sees you, I am so thankful to Easter Dental and Dr. Dubman for helping me be proud to smile again.

Have been a customer here for years and never had any issues until recently. Reached out to them for my 6 month cleaning in May and was told I was not due for my visit and to call back when it was closer to when my insurance would pay for visit, in September. Then in September they reach out to schedule my appointment but aren’t able to schedule me until January 2nd. Then I get a call today December 28th informing me that they do not have a dental hygienist that can clean my teeth and I would need to schedule my cleaning for April and there was nothing they could do about that. Not sure why when I called over the summer they couldn’t just schedule my appointment for September/October instead of reaching back out to me in September/October to schedule for January only for that to be rescheduled for April. While I understand things happen and people are short staffed but for it become my problem and for them to reschedule me for 4 months later when it was a problem with their staffing is ridiculous. I would have been fine if they were able to reschedule me for a couple more weeks but 4 months after my schedule appointment and almost a year after my original call is absurd.

Today was my first visit with ms.LILY CHAN Your name has to be capitalized every letter what an amazing person her hands were like soft pillows while my feelings The best come across yet thank you for making me comfortable that you Happy new year and God willing you continue to work With me, so that one day can actually be proud of my smile. There’s nowadays I don’t wanna smile but I know with you on my corner time I believe that will Possible, thank you again for your wonderful hands. May God bless him. May God bless everyone as well. I had my teeth cleaned this morning by Michelle. She was pleasant to talk to, very gentle, and also offered me some great advice on caring for my teeth.

I have never had a bad experience here. I’m a HUGE scaredy cat and Dr Dubman is always trying to crack a joke or deter me from my anxiety. I just had a wisdom tooth pulled today and I was terrified, questioning the Dr about the length of time it may take and he did it in about 5 seconds and sarcastically showed me the gauze to prove he’s nothing but a pro!! Zeroooo pain and the only office I’ve ever been to that took on the “shake” trick when administering Novocain. My 5 year old has had two fillings by the oral surgeon (I apologize, I forget her name!) but she is SO patient. She explains every took to him, demonstrates, counts and does everything to keep him calm and comfortable. This is a huge relief to me too as I had a horrible dentist as a child that has created life long anxieties for me. Every worker in this establishment has always been respectful and kind to me and my children and I can’t thank you all enough. One piece of advice for the people employed at Eastern and anyone debating on hiring them- Most people are quick to leave bad reviews for no reason but forget to leave one when they have a positive experience so ignore all the negative reviews and create your own opinion. Thanks again guys.

Dr.Dubman is great.Very professional, knowledgeable and an all around great dentist. I will recommend anyone to come here.

My first time being here and I would recommend them because they're great. Dr. Dubman ,his staff, and office staff were great. He knows exactly what I need to have perfect teeth. Thank you so much.

I travel 35 minutes to come to this dental office. The staff is really helpful and friendly. Of course, you have to bring your sense of humor, because we all know it’s not something we love to do, unless you are blessed with a mouth that only requires a six month check-up and cleaning. The doctors do great work, only doing what is absolutely necessary for my oral health, and they do serious work at that while making me feel at ease. One particular tooth, seemed to be doomed, but the Dr. Saved it and it has been hanging in by a bitewing and a prayer since then. So, hopefully you live a bit closer, but it is worth the travel to find a dental office where you are comfortable.
