I Never wrote a review in my life but I have to go about this place because they are fantastic! I've seen several dentists here they're all wonderful. The hygienists are wonderful the front desk is wonderful! They are quick , Always on time, And very happy with all the procedures I've had there. They also are extremely nice . I hate the dentist and they make you feel so comfortable and calm here!! I'll never go anywhere else!

I really can’t say enough about ALL the staff at encore dental of Lacey . Today I had a SPECIAL moment ,where I saw Dr. Marc’s compassion and real anguish about one of my dental problems . It just hit me different . It was so special to me , I think it was important for me to see that . Often we go to doctors and we think we are just a number or a $ sign . It really made me feel good about , whatever comes next for me and my dental experience , it will be ok . I’m in good hands . I more than highly recommend encore dental . So very thankful I did . All the doctors are really caring ,compassionate dentists . 😊

On my first visit to this facility after almost 40 years with another dentist. From the young lady who welcomed me right down to the receptionist who assisted me with further visits I was completely at ease and completely floored by their kindness and professional approach. All the latest technology. Dr. Frank Cattanese is the man!!! Great bedside manner and plays awesome tunes throughout the building. They are fair and thorough when it comes to treatment. Very highly recommended.

I cannot say enough great things about Encore Dental of Lacey. After going to Eastern Dental and being told that I had a failed root canal and my only option was to have the tooth pulled I was incredibly upset and went to Encore for a second opinion and I am so happy I did. I saw Dr. Frank Cattanese (who immediately got me in) and he told me that was definitely not my only option and that I can save the tooth and have a root canal revision! A week later I had Dr. Faringher perform the root canal revision and Dr. Frank finished my crown. I couldn’t be more happy I found this office and my forever dentist. I cannot thank the office staff enough and I highly highly recommend this office!!

Telling it as it is in my experience, love Dr. Mark & Dr. Mike and there Dental staff they are great !... as far as the Oral Surgeon department goes they will leave you for dead and make you feel like you are at their mercy and not to mention very simply dont care ! Happened to me 2x already, had a broken tooth which ended up with very bad infection, had to beg and wait a couple of days to get antibiotic for the infection after explaining to them that my face, ear, neck and head was in excessive pain & inflamed due to the infection, which we all know this could be DEADLY if not treated in a timely matter, they tell you "if its that bad go to the E.R." ... REALLY ???? how about taking 5 minutes and calling in an antibiotic !   Oral surgeon coordinator simply @#$$%^#@! a piece of work.  P.S. thanks to the Oral Surgeon coordinator I had to dump Encore Dental in Forked River and go to a different Encore Dental who actually gives a shit about there patients.

BEWARE!!!! Please!  Stay far away from Encore Dental in Lacey and Jackson!Have a terrible toothache, they took X-rays, said come back next day for root canal, gave me Ibuprofen 800 mg plus Tylenol 500, I told them I'm on blood thinners they said it's fine, no it's not fine I spoke to my hematologist. No ibuprofen while on blood thinners! Additionally they should have cleared me with antibiotics first. But this meat market is in too much of a hurry! Next day, after receiving 2 shots of novocain they sent me away, Said I moved my tongue so he couldn't perform root canal, Not true, so I leave being numb all afternoon, next they tell me to see their specialist, their Endodontist, I go home with same throbbing toothache, they schedule me to come back weeks later, I couldn't wait weeks & my insurance only covers Encore, so I got in sooner at Encore in Jackson. The Endodontist, introduces himself by saying he's a specialist does these all day, and gives me 4 needles of novocain in my mouth at once just to make sure he didn't waste his time by giving me two shots to start, probably never needed 4 shots,  than he can't find my notes in my file, than asks how old I am after looking at my gums, than straps my mouth open with bands of some sort and tells me I can no longer talk because he won't be able to understand me. Didn't explain procedure came at me with a drill & said I moved my head therefore, he couldn't work on me. My head did not move, now I leave with 4 shots of Novocain that lasts all afternoon for nothing. Two different days & all this Novocain for nothing. And the same pounding, throbbing, burning toothache!Now I have an appointment for end of November to just remove the whole tooth rather than a root canal somewhere else of course.Called my primary care doctor because the pain is so bad, throbbing away and he puts me on antibiotics and RX mouth wash until my surgery date. They will be reported to insurance company and dept. of health. I hope Karma serves these two clowns that call themselves Dentists and Endodontist. My physician explained that people can actually die from Infections especially tooth being so close to the brain. I'm writing this review while I'm in throbbing burning pain waiting for my antibiotics to be ready and start working.What a damn nerve!! Do yourself a favor Encore and SHUT YOUR DOORS FOR GOOD, no one needs to suffer like this at your hands! These doctors should treat their families this way!

If you’re looking for an awesome dentist and staff to work with while having dental work done, Encore Dental is the best I’ve seen around in a long time! Dr. Frank is the absolute best at keeping you calm, relaxed, and confident to ease your anxieties. I needed lots of work, and Dr. Frank really did an amazing job making my teeth look beautiful, I’m so grateful! His assistant Rachel was a pleasure with her singing, and friendliness. Every staff member who walks across your room while you’re waiting, stops in to ask if you’re ok. It’s a very caring, friendly atmosphere, and the office staff is great to work with your schedule. Great doctors and staff. Never have to wait and appointment are easy to schedule. Best dentist office around.

Thank you to the Encore staff at Lacey for making my visit a pleasant one . I was a bit anxious after not going to a dentist in awhile. They were awesome. Looking forward to visiting again.😊

Dr Frank is personable, and efficient.  He makes an otherwise dreadful process, very managable
