Jerry Mabagos's Online Review Report Card

Trying to get an appointment with this unprofessional doctor who threatens to call police if you refuse vaccines or anything else is a giant joke. I'm sure big pharma is in his pocket since he likes to act like he's the law. The rest of the staff is pretty good though.

Dr.Mabagos is awful. I have always found the staff nice. But everytime i go into the office and don’t feel well i get sent home and told “it’s just a virus you’ll be fine nothing we can do about it” . I just got antibiotics for the first time in about two years, only because i had the female doctor. Dr. Mabagos never talks directly to me he always asks my mom what’s wrong instead of just asking me. Plus i get a strep test every time i mention even a slightly sore throat. DO NOT GO HERE.

Awful care. Their practice goes by THEIR BELIEFS, not their patients beliefs. They don't give recommendations because recommendations can be accepted or denied by the patient, patient's mother and or guardian. So they will deny their care for your child if you DO NOT AGREE with their beliefs and practices. Civil rights are being violated at this facility. No one has to get vaccines if they do not want to. They need to be investigated by the Department of Health and they have no written policies, or any website for posted policies and practices. They are rude and will make you feel like a bad parent by making assumptions of you as the parent. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE WHATSOEVER.

I came on here to write a review about Dr. Mabagos and I just saw that my dad left a review for him too LOL. That just goes to show what a great doctor he is. He’s been my doctor since I was an infant and as I continue to approach the age of 21, I grow more and more saddened that I soon need to find a new doctor. He genuinely cares about each of his patients and takes an interest in each and every one of their lives. He’s like family, even though the relationship remains professional. I can’t say enough good things about his office as well. If you’re considering finding a new pediatrician, I recommend you give Dr. Mabagos’ office a call. You will not find a better pediatrician.

Can't get through on phone. My daughter actually had high blood pressure, anxiety while waiting once in the office for the doctor. The female doctor in this practice diagnosis for every ailment was period related and prescribed Gatorade, even when my daughter was throwing up with a great deal of pain. A trip to the hospital and much wait, she was diagnosed with an ovarian cyst that resulted in an ovarian torsion and emergency surgery. I would stay away from this practice if you want your children safe.

Dr. Mabagos is a really sweet man. I’ve never had a problem scheduling with him and he really cares about his patients.

Mabagos is a Creepy guy.

i’m trying to get my referral right now for my nose.... no answer and i rlly need to see this doctor so i can get my nose fixed. this isn’t the only time this or their other office hasn’t answered... they do this all the time! i’m very disappointed since i’ve been going there for years.

My experience is never with Dr. Mabagos because I never get to see him but other doctors filling the Lacey office. I called Monday to request an appt for my 16 yr old to be seen. Left 2 messages and no call back. I called again today but the Brick office requesting an appt for the same son to be seen and so far no call back. I called at 9 it is now midday. I am beside myself. Very unprofessional and I’m lost.

Very slow!!! office staff likes to push there friends and family first and make you wait for a 30 min. minum just in the waiting room. Office staff loves to chit chat about there personal lives to one another and will make you wait until there done with there personal convos. They are friendly though and dr. Mabagos is great if you get him! The on- call drs are ok but id perfer dr mabagos.
