i have been dr kasssenoff's patient for many years, as have been some of my coworkers at CMC. the wait in the office is long, but she is so thorough she is well worth the wait. I am a RN and I have very high expectations for all of my healthcare providers. I travel 25 miles for an appointment with her.

Dr. Kassenoff is one of the most incredible, attentive, personal doctors I have ever met. When my husband was alive he would brag about her to everyone. He refused to go on hospice because he did not want to lose Dr. Kassenoff as a primary care. Since his passing she has gone above and beyond to help me during my grieving process. I personally have never met a doctor quite like her, I highly recommend Dr. Lisa Kassenoff as a primary care physician. I promise you will thank me for the recommendation.

I called this office to make a appointment.The experience was not happy at all.I was a patient to make them earn money not a loser.She acted to have mighty power and be over my head. Isn’t she a worker to assist patients to see a doctor?I needed only a physician to help me.She didn’t have any qualifications to disrespect me like this.

I needed a new PCP after moving to NJ. Did my online research, got personal opinions from friends & found the perfect doctor. Dr. Kassenoff is very thorough, interactive, very clear with information & explanations. I was not rushed. She is compassionate & caring. She's the best!

The entire office staff here is always professional, friendly and pleasant. And Dr. Kassenoff is competent and takes her time. In addition if you become ill during the week, there is always a doctor available for an appointment. So far we have found the entire group to be terrific!

I love Dr. Kassenoff. She is very sweet, caring, compassionate and not judgemental. She is never in a rush with her exams. GOOD JOB!!

Sadly I never got to see Dr. Kassanoff. A friend had highly recommend her and being new to town I was very excited. However there was an issue with my insurance the day of the appointment and when I asked them to please call the insurance to verif, a women in an office I could not see, started YELLING from her office about how they did not take my insurance!!! She would not come to the window and talk with me. I left in tears. PS they absolutely are covered under my insurance plan.

Dr.Kassenoff has been our family doctor for years... my children see her my sisters and my parents. My brother saw her while he was diagnosed and through to the end with my brother. She is compassionate caring and through. She takes her time with you so appointments run behind a bit... but to me it’s worth every minute I wait because I get just as much attention as the one before and the one after me!
