Front desk people need customer service training. It takes them like half an hour to figure out how to assist you and they put you on and off hold like 50 times in the process. I’ve never had to repeat myself or had so much trouble with a medical office. Also, they don’t keep track or care to schedule follow ups after the test results are up on the online portal. It’s like you have to do all their work and repeat yourself a hundred times in the process. My advice is you try some other cardiologist or medical group before you go through the Teaneck office hassle + cherry on top- they don’t even process copays correctly. As a patient of Dr. Sagar for nearly ten years, he has consistently provided attentive, professional and empathetic care. He patiently listens to my concerns, treats my health with a conservative yet comprehensive approach, and follows up on test results and continuing medical issues. In essence, I am very glad that I am under his care and that my continued good health is in his caring hands.
